My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I purchased a used Ford Escape. Within the 1st day I noticed a rattle that they said was nothing. Then my ABS light and 4x4 light when on. I figured out the rattle it was the whole front bumper that was broken and the steering links were bad. I brought it back and complained they fixed the ABS and 4x4. However told me they wouldn't fix the bumper and wanted me to praise them for fixing the links. I said don't you put these used cars in your shop? To which Betty Bellantyne replied, we opt NOT to fix certain things on cars that is how we have the best price around. I said I came here to buy a safe used vechile. I had no idea that you pick and choose repairs. Betty said that is how we keep our prices low! I will NOT be going back!

I have enjoyed working with Dave Piper in service for as long as I have had my Town Car. He has always used good (and fair) judgment in recommending the necessary work for my car and I have appreciated the nice service I have been given. Being comfortable with the dealership is very important to me.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
They're awesome, from the first phone call to picking up my automobile!!! The Lakes Region is very lucky to have such a great dealership available to us. My family has been going to Irwin Motors now for over 40 years. Some of the same people who service my family from the beginning are still there. I plan on having my children buy their 1st car at the dealership. It's where I got my first car.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My husband and I have found Mercury vehicles the best we've ever owned. When my much-loved 2002 Sable needed to be replaced, I visited a couple of local dealerships and searched for vehicles on the internet. Irwin had the car I wanted (a used Milan) at the best price. The salesmen are friendly, very helpful without being pushy, and accommodating about the financial aspect of the sale. Although we live c.130 miles from this dealer's location in Laconia, NH, the drive through the rain and snow was well worth it. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I made my appointment via the Internet. I was able to list what I wanted done, I knew who would do it. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately in a friendly and professional manner. My work was done on time and at the price expected. The waiting area was pleasant with free coffee and computer to use. Highly recommended.

I have purchased 10 or 11 cars from Irwins since 1997, and not only has the buying experience been easy and pleasant, but 13 years of experience with the service department is the reason I rate them so high as a dealership. They are convenient, and they try their best to meet your needs as a customer.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My mom and I were in search of a new vehicle and wanted to trade our 2006 Lincoln LS. I first spoke with Micheal on the phone and made an appointment that week to see him. He greeted my mom and I with a warm welcome and assured us he would find something that would work in our budget and that we would be happy. After trying out a few test drive vehicles, we left to think about some options with a follow up appointment the following week. Micheal again greeted us with a warm welcome and an assured smile of confidence. We drove away that day in our new 2010 leased Lincoln MKZ. Micheal not only sold us this vehicle he followed up with any concerns we had and continues to check to see if we are still satisfied. Two months later let me assure you we are still satified and will send anyone his way who is looking for a new vehicle and will no doubt in my mind go back to Irwin Motors when we are ready to trade again.

My Review of Irwin Ford Lincoln Mercury:
This is the first new American car I have purchased in the last 25 years. I
typically have purchased Audi, Mercedes Benz, and Lexus automobiles and have
come to expect excellent, courteous service. I would rate the service I have
received at Irwin Ford as at least comparable to the service received at the
other dealerships where I have purchased numerous cars in the past. I would
highly recommend Irwin Ford and plan on buying another automobile this year.

I've done business with Irwin's for service and for parts for quite a long time and always with great results. This past May, I bought a new 2009 F-150. I got what I thought was a very reasonable deal and I highly recommend both the sales department and the service department. They're good folks - go there and see.

Good clean atmosphere, timely service. It's nice to be greeted on time, and to have the scheduled service done right the first time. I also like the idea of being able to see what is being done to my vehicle through the glass windows looking into the service area.
