Very disappointed! Was a loyal JL Freed Honda customer for 11 years and referred my daughter and my mother in law who bought cars from them as well. Our regular salesm Was a loyal JL Freed Honda customer for 11 years and referred my daughter and my mother in law who bought cars from them as well. Our regular salesman moved away and we were given a new salesman who did absolutely nothing for us. He was not willing to work with us on pricing nor did he realize that we had more business to do with them in the near future. Needless to say, went to Subaru dealer and completely left the Honda brand. More

Disappointed in this dealership. They care more about profits then customers. Honda put the incorrect fluid into my transmission and the now the transmission is having issues. They refuse to take any responsibilty for the mistake not ever reduce the cost for the recommend service. what a joke More

Ron followed up 2 days after we brought the car home to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy.
