My Review of JIM ARCHER CHRYSLER JEEP:
Stopped by on a Saturday to check out new Patriot. Liked what we saw and went for a test drive with salesman. He explained about the 2.4 liter engine, the included cargo cover and many other items. That evening we called and told him that we wanted to come in Monday and purchase the vehicle. On Monday I called the salesman to confirm the interest rate and he called me back shortly with a quote of 6%. Great! We showed up to sign the papers and no salesman. Interest rate was now 12.79%! After taking possesion and coming home we failed to find the cargo cover (an expensive option) and found that we had the 2.0 liter engine! I will go anywhere else before I buy a Jeep again.

My initial contact with a salesperson was very poor---older gentleman who had no place being a salesperson. However, Bart stepped in and Jason took care of the paperwork. Have purchased three cars here--they could do some things better--but I will go back.

My Review of JIM ARCHER CHRYSLER JEEP:
Went to dealership to buy a car for my son, he found one he liked. We took it home that day, pending credit union to send check. Car had no inspection sticker, got ticket same day. There were some minor problems with the car and I called Bart. Said not to worry they would repair. Keep in mind that all of this is before I give them the check. On day we brought check in I called and they said service would take car of us. Waited two hours, got car back, problem not fixed, they had just put a fuse in instead of multi function switch for lights. Immed told Bart and he said Bring it back Monday, well we did and they said they did not have time. Went back again on Wed, still no time. Went back on Thur and left car, said it would be ready that evening. Called and guess what? not ready. I would not deal with this dealership again. Everything was fine until I paid for the car, then I am put at the bottom of the list.
