My Review of JM Lexus:
These guys "juked" my 60 year old mother in a deal that I tried to facilitate over the phone and was assured that the car was available and would be there when she arrived with MY CHECK. Was even called by the sales guy 2 hours prior to arrival....when we got there......the car was SOLD...I.E. ....never EXISTED. Tried to STRONG arm her into a car much more expensive than we had origianlly discussed. First and Last dealing with these guys. Expect much more from Lexus!!

My Review of JM Lexus:
My wife and I leased our 3rd vehicle from them. While they are a long distance from Miami, it was worth the drive. Because of the distance, I prefer to haggle price over the phone. They worked with me and beat the competitors prices. They honored what they promised over the phone, no suprises when I arrived.
Service was really good, but did not exceed my expectations as they did in other areas.

My Review of JM Lexus:
Mr Smileys was at first a pleasure to deal with simply because he saw I drove up in a nice car. After the initial greeting and him continuing to talk about my car and that how he wanted to buy one himself (which i hate my car obviously the reason for my visit) he seemed to be one of the poorest salesmen I have been in contact with. Many of my questions were unanswered and his knowledge of the product was lack luster. He didnt allow my to test drive the car simply because it was raining. Probably since he didnt want to get wet. The main thing that bothered me was that he kept answering his cell phone in front of me and basically had an arguement with his presumably "wife: while we were sitting in front of him. I dont think people like him should be working at such an establishment as JM LEXUS. They must just hire anyone. Will i return, yes, but hopefully i can deal with a true lexus salesman. Choose a new career Mr. Stephan Smileys

My Review of JM Lexus:
The most professional operation in the South Florida area. I have purchased at 2 other dealerships prior to my recent purchase at JM Lexus. Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Lexus of Palm Beach. I was treated the same as if I were at a lousy Toyota dealership at both. Rude salespeople and unprofessional staff. JM has them all beat hands down.

My Review of JM Lexus:
I have had the WORST car buying experience of my life time. I have never seen more deceptive , incompetent people than at JM Lexus. This experience has caused me & my family more stress than open heart surgery. (Although this stress could cause a heart attack.) I have spent several lunch hours from work & numerous phone calls to ATTEMPT to correct issues to no avail, although I was assured that the problems were corrected. (Which to this date still have not been solved.) There is no customer service at this dealership, only the I want to sell you a car mentality. Once the contract is signed it's all over for JM. I still have to read my owners manual to find out how to work things because I was never shown anything....HMMMM I can only hope that the serice center is better....
