Lauren DeFilippo is the only person you must go to when you have a collission need repair.

She took care of my situation and made me feel important and kept me updated with the situation at her end (via email).

I have a 2013 X5i BMW brand new that got side ended and needed repair.

I am a very particular and detail oriented person. She made sure I was taken care of.

My Wife and I have previously owned 20 BMW's (since 1983) and we are now contemplating the purchase of another.
Most came from JMK.

Over the years I have also dealt with other dealers in the area and therefore feel well qualified to offer a comparative analysis.

The JMK service department is knowledgeable, technically competent, and always performs their role in a timely fashion. I did not always find this to be the case at other dealers.

Ditto the new car sales department. On more than one occasion at other dealers, I encountered sales people who were among a group of fast talking pushers, frequently bantering about very technical terms of which they had no concept of the meaning.

Not so at JMK !! I look forward to working with Mark Carvalho on the purchase of number 21. Mark is a straight shooter who comes from a technical background at BMW. He knows his product quite well and takes a sincere interest in his customer's needs so as not to oversell or undersell BMW's extensive line of equipment and options.

The type of positive experience offered by Mark on behalf of his dealership is what will continue to bring me and other customers back to JMK.

We have been dealing with Mark for several years now. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and creates a relaxing and personable experience. Mark works hard to get us a great deal and is always straight forward. I know I can call him with any question and he either gets the answer immediately or directs me to someone who knows. Agata is wonderful. She worked very closely with me during a hectic time in my life, when buying a car was the furthest thing from my mind, but had to be done. She fit the process around my schedule and made sure that things happened when they were supposed to and that as much pre-work as possible was done so my car would be ready on time and my waiting kept to a minimum. Through it all, she was like a friend as well as a car salesperson. I am grateful to her for her support and for allowing me to focus on my life while the car buying process was occurring. I would definitely buy a car from her again in the future and have recommended her to friends.

This was the BEST experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. From the moment we met Agata she made us feel comfortable, like we were old friends or family. There was no pressure to purchase and no sense of urgency on Agata's part. She never rushed us and went out of her way to answer all of our questions and provide us with information in the days/weeks following our visit. And, since we have made our purchase, the service has not changed.

Agata was outstanding, but the rest of the staff at JMK deserve recognition as well. This is a top notch, professional, courteous group of people. I can't wait to purchase another car from JMK!

The dealership is a comfortable place to shop, suitable customer amenities and plenty of cars in the showroom. I was referred to my salesman, Mark Carvalho, by a customer of his. We had 2 phone calls, interchanged a few emails and I made 1 visit to the dealership to purchase the car. Mark is professional, reponsive, passionate about BMWs and profoundly knowledgeable about his product. Every detail of the sales and delivery process was handled intelligently and efficiently. He proved to be reliable and trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with.
Kudos also to Jose Cascardo in their finance department who was precise and clear with his explanations, efficient with the paper work and very nice to work with.
