My Review Of Jack Demmer Ford:
Worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I leased my vehicle from them 2.5 years ago, and received something in the mail stating they were "aggressively" looking for used cars. I contacted my sales rep, and told him what my payoff was on the vehicle and asked if that was possible because I did not want to drive in if we were too far apart. They stated that the car should appraise for the payoff value. I drove out to the dealership, and they offered me $1,000 less than the value we discussed over the phone. When I spoke to the general manager, he stated that it was his fault and that the used car person didn't know he had given me a value. When I told him I was concerned about the whole issue, and it felt like a "bait and switch" scenario, he got angry. I ended up calling Ford customer service and registered my concerns. Apparently, Ford sent a letter to the dealership, and the general manager called me and said that I was a liar, screamed at me and then hung up on me. I still can't believe that the general manager yelled at a potential customer and then hung up on me. I would suggest going to another Ford dealership.
