My Review of Jack Ellis Glendale Dodge:
All looks good when receiving the vehicle for service. Friendly service, but takes too long to process & leave the car.
I left clear instructions on what to check for, denied additional work.
Was quoted the price for repair,and other few items were suggested to be checked.
Once the vehicle was ready and received the invoice, noted that other services were performed, which I did not ask for.
What was really apalling, was the labor prices, not originally quoted.
Exmaple: To crean the battery terminals: Quoted: $10.00 -- Bill was: $28.50 for a tola of $ 38.50 just to clean the terminals!
This was nothing compared to the other charges and prices.
When I estimated approximately $500 ended up being over $900.
When I requsted clarification, they were too busy preparing to close.
No adjustments were made, claiming that I was vebally informed.
This is ridiculous and the reason most people avoid agencies.
I will as well, from now on.
I should have trusted my independent mechanic.
