I am from a small town in south Alabama but have lived in Montgomery for 15+ years. Always bought cars from a small Dealership until the last 8 years. Never thought I could get that personal service from the "Large Guys" as they were about the numbers and not the people. Well the last 4 vehicles i have purchased have been from Jack Ingram Nissan, the first 3 vehicles were Maxima's and got to work with one of the sales men in Mercedes as I knew him and trusted him, Mike Haigler, Mike introduced me to James Collins in the service department. Both Mike and James are great to work with and i always know that my vehicle will be handled properly. If it is an emergency, James solves my "crisis" . This vehicle was different, I bought a Pathfinder, Once again i called Mike Haigler in Mercedes and he meet me with a Blue 2015 Pathfinder to test drive, all went well, just could not make up my mind on colors. At this point Mike knew if i was on the lot and took a test drive i was going to buy, so he just calmly said when you know which color let me know and if we don't have it we will get it for you. (see the 2012 Nissan Maxima they went and got it for me as i wanted the new color of Java and the interior to be Latta, most were dark interior) Once again i didn't make the sale easy, i wanted the Pearl White with Almond interior/Plat. edition, on Friday the 28th they sent a driver to North Alabama to get my vehicle. It came in at 6:30pm that Friday and they got it ready for me to take home, but told me in the daylight if it wasn't cleaned up good to let them know. Mike was headed out of town so John Ingram told me another person was going to be handing me the keys and answering any questions my husband and I might have, reluctanly i said ok.
Right after that i got a call from Mike, paving the way for Tab Cosby to take care of me that evening. A little skeptical about the "new" person I said ok, but in the back of my mind I was NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with this arangement, but i want that veh. then. That night i was short and ready to get the vehicle and get out, but to my suprise Tab Cosby was a nice fellow, he was patient with me and told me if the vehicle did not look good in the daylight he would get it done again. We agree that i would come back at 10am the next morning to get some tips and "how toos" on the Navigation system and he would answer any questions i had. We got there at 10am and I told him i was not happy with the floor mats, and it need re cleaning, he explained to me that the floor mats for 2015 only came in 2 colors, not the almond i wanted. He was getting ready to order them and said lets go look at the one you drove, as i keep saying that the ones in it were different, well i was wrong, Tab still was going to order the ones that i keep saying i wanted, he never got short with me, he was going to make sure i was happy with what i had bought. So at the end of the day, It was a great shoping and test drive experience with Mike(Mercedes sales) and a get finish with John Ingram, Jonathan Greene(the money guy) and my new friend Tab Cosby, who by the way has family in my little home town.
