Fantastic experience from start to end!!! Rita and Allen were amazing, kind, and have great personalities. Usually I dread the car buying process....but not with them. Great deal on car, great service, just great!!! Love my Volkwagen Jetta too!

I came to the store looking for a 2012 V W Beetle Fred was so friendly he got one out to show me and let me look at it, was going to let me test it. My daughter told me I needed to think about something larger because I'm still working and I move a lot of material around so we asked about the Tiguan. Fred pointed out the features in several of the ones he had on the lot and I picked the one I liked. In no time my daughter and I were riding. I love the way I feel like family at Jack Ingram motors.

I just leased my first car through Jack Ingram Volkswagon. Mario Powell is not your average car salesman. He really does genuinely care about each of his individual costumer's unique needs and requests. Mario actually listened to me instead of talking at me or pushing me in a direction I did not want to go. He was really such a delight during the whole process. Mario's professionalism was evident from my first phone conversation to driving away in my brand new car. He made absolutely sure everything was top notch and that my experience with leasing my first car was everything I hoped it would be and more. Most of all, Mario took his time explaining everything and costumizing my car before I left. I know Mario will be there for me in the future whenever I need him in reference to my car. So, if you are looking into buying a car or leasing make sure to ask for Mario Powell!!!

My car buying experience was great because I had an enthusiasic sales person "Rick." I did not come with the intentions of buying a car that day but he made me a great deal and he worked with me in every way. Rick is an excellent salesperson! He made the whole experience light and assuring. It was a lengthy process and he made it pleasurable. I would definitely recommend my friends go see Rick and buy a car from him. :-)

Also, I thought Mario Powell was very courteous and helpful.

My salesman was Lin Williams, who had been recommended to me by a friend who had bought a vehicle from him in the past. Since I live about 80 miles away, we conducted most of our transaction over the phone & by internet. When I arrived on a Saturday morning, Lin had everything ready & waiting for me and was super nice and helpful. Lin is, how do I put it, a "trustworthy-looking" salesman, not your average-looking "car salesman" type....you know what I mean. He was genuine. I also was impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of other employees I met while at the dealership....Mr. Belcher the Finance guy, and Justin, one of the service guys. Super nice people!

I was also impressed with the physical dealership itself, from the Keurig coffee machine, to the bottled water with Jack Ingram's own label (lol), to the cleanliness & shininess of the dealership, to the nice Volkswagen gift shop inside, and on & on. I will definitely recommend Lin and Jack Ingram Volkswagen to others. Thanks a lot!

I was very pleased with the service my husband and I receive at Jack Ingram Volkswagen dealership. We where greeted at the front door with a pleasant sales rep. My Sales rep was Fred Jackson . We where very impressed with our overall experience with Jack Ingram Volkswagen dealership.

Rick was super friendly and helped answer all of my questions! He was very accommodating to me and was patient with my finace who asked a million questions. The buying process was easy and I love my new Passat!
