Jim Johnson went above and beyond to ensure I was satisified with my used car purchase. I purchased a used car for my 16 year old son and was apprehensive about going to buy a used car alone since my knowledge of vehicles is limited. I knew Jack Maxton was a reputable and established dealer so I went by myself. I purchased the car and left it to be picked up later in the week after minor body work was done to the car. When I went to pick the car up a few days later the body work was completed and the car looked great, but an oil leak was discovered that I did not detect prior to purchasing the vehicle. Mr. Johnson was not there when I went to pick up the car and neither was the used car manager (it was late, just before closing) and nobody there could answer my questions. I immediately jumped to the conclusion that there was some major problem and oil leak with the car and that I was taken advantage of when I purchased it. I left the car there. The next morning I spoke with Mr. Johnson who told me the Service Department was looking at the car to determine what the issue was and told me he had no idea the car was leaking oil. Mr. Johnson was reassuring and offered me options, including voiding the transaction.

Later that day Mr. Johnson called me back and informed me the leak was caused by an O-ring that needed replaced and it was a very minor issue. I was still skeptical and Mr. Johnson agreed to talk to my friend who is more knowledgable about cars and even agreed to put the vehicle up on a rack and allow him to inspect it. After inspecting it I drove the car home that night, and have a very happy son.

I would recommend Jim Johnson and Jack Maxton to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

I spent 3 months on the web looking for a specific auto. Found it at Jack Maxton and bought it over the web without seeing it live or driving it. Brian O'Connor managed the process and provided the level of service that made me feel comfortable in his judgment concerning the quality and condition of the car I selected.

Mr. O'Connor handled everything over the internet and after concluding the sale, shipped my vehicle by truck to my residence in Florida.
The sale went flawlessly. I knew from my research that I was getting a "good" deal. Everyone I had contact with at Maxton Chevrolet was highly customer focused and professional. Mr. O'Brien displayed those qualities throughout the sales process.

I don't know how many of you out there would purchase a car over the net but I would do it again with Mr. O'Connor and Maxton Chevrolet.

Salesman was very courteous and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. I searched for a new Volt for awhile and found the best deal at Jack Maxton. Their price was better than anyone within 500 miles and they have great internet listings that make it easy to find the vehicle you are looking for.

My car is at Jack Maxton right now. They do not have the part they need to fix it and have no idea when they will be able to get the part. It is a two year old car with a $475.00 problem. I have been without a car since Tuesday morning. Rolley told me he would loan me a car for the weekend, but I had to have it back by Monday morning because he neede it for customers. I am a customer! I purchased the car there and get the car serviced there! Rolley, who told me he is the service department manager, referred me to GM customer assistance. My rep was supposed to speak to the dealership and call be back by 8PM tonight. It is 9:15 PM. Dear owner of Jack Maxton, please call me ASAP. Rolley can give you my number! P.S. my service technician, Eric is a kind soul. He should be the manager!

This was my first visit to Jack Maxson Chevrolet. We had to drive a few hours to get there, but I found a 2009 Toyota Highlander on Cars.com that I wanted to check out. I was also hoping to trade in my beloved 2001 Toyota Corolla (Lola). Tonia Brooks made contact with me by phone and email and I immediately appreciated her friendly, sincere approach. She even gave us a great lunch recommendation while we thought things over. I don't like pushy sales and was happy to see no one at Jack Maxton made me feel that pressure. I was very happy with the people, value for my trade and the overall deal on my new car. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

**My only critique would be that the car I ended purchasing did not look like it had been fully cleaned/detailed before they brought it out to show me. The outside was clean, but the inside still had crumbs/soda and dirt in several areas. I'm still finding small toys from the previous owner. I understand this is a used car, but it was "new" to me; having looked at other used cars, it didn't present as nice initially. However, this wasn't Tonia's fault and she had it cleaned a 2nd time for us before we left the dealer. Overall, Tonia and Jack Maxton Chevrolet turned a very dreaded situation into a pain free experience. I'm very happy with my Highlander...we named her Merida. (-:
