My Review of Jack Miller KIA:
WOW! this was the worst experience i have ever had trying to buy anything from anyone! this dealer and the finance guy frank rodgers tried to "flip" me. to get me to drop my financer and use them as my financer. i was quoted prices that were pure lies that changed over and over. i was told complete lies about my financer and what my financer supposedly told them. when my financer called them he told her different numbers than we agreed on and he hung up on her after she called him on what he was trying to do. they lied about the NADA of the car, about my loan and what it allowed me to buy, about the document fee, about the price of the extended warranty. the lied and told me my loan was no good because it could only be for 20% over the price of the car we agreed on. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE! it was good for 20% over NADA retail!! which was a 1500$ difference and put me way way under 20%
these people are professional liars they are much worse then the ultimate used car guy cliche. after i walked out irate and told them i was going to see if other dealers could take my financing they called my 5 times and changed the numbers telling me they could take my financing after all. they wold me there wa sno way i could take the car home until my financers check cleared which might be up to 2 weeks when i told them i would see if other dealers had the same policy they told me ok then calle dme back on my cell phone a few minutes later and said they talked to somone higher up who agreed to let me have it. pure BS!! all of this after driving an hour both ways and spending several hours test driving and negotiating.
The ultimate in sleazeball tactics. Thank god my financer called them on their bait and switch type BS or i may have been confused in this number switching scam.
