My Review of Jack Miller Subaru of Olathe:
I live out of town but they had the WRX that I wanted (color, options...). I negotated a price on the phone and would go buy it later that week. I called the day I was going to get it. They said it was still there and I told them I would be there in 4 hours. When I arrived someone was test driving the car and I was told that they may buy it and I could look at their other cars. Obviously I didnt look at their other cars!!!!!!

My Review of Jack Miller Subaru of Olathe:
I hurt my WRX in the front passenger side damaging the tire and suspension. Anyway it took them 2 weeks to fix the car and when I got it back they had reused some parts like the wheel well that didn’t fit anymore because it was damaged and there was some pain scraped off the front bumper which they didn’t repaint. Anyway I made them paint the bumper in the small damaged area and when I got the car back there was overspray on the week and tire not to mention the very poor job they did painting the bumper. The paint was not smooth or shiny at all you could feel the roughness. The new wheel and tire they put on was out of balance too. I have been very disgusted with there quality of work.

My Review of Jack Miller Subaru of Olathe:
Don't go to these guys if you want any service for your vehicle. I bought a used car, it had a check engine light on, but it was a good deal and they said they would fix it. 2 days after leaving the lot the light is back on. They won't fix this problem because they say it's not related to the last. (Spark plug wires) CV boot was bad but they didn't fix that either. I made a deal with the salesman on a warrenty but they tried to have me sign a sheet that was the wrong warrenty for a higher price. I've heard horror stories of people getting charged excesses of 300 bucks for basically topping off fluids and a transmission change. Nice sales, horrible service. My own fault for not doing research into the dealership, but this is basically one guy who got screwed over by them and I don't want people who run business like this to be in business. - Mike George
