My Review of Jack Walker Pontiac-Toyota:
On Saturday Aug 9th my wife and I went to this dealership planning to purchase, TWO new Pontiac G8's....NOT 1 car but 2! We were greated by a salesman who was dressed more like a PIMP than a car salesman and asked what we wanted to buy today. I replied we're interested in a G8 but wanted to test drive the car first, they had several on their lot. The salesman informed us that, "we needed to go inside and go over the financials first". I replied, "we would like to drive a car before we buy it!", at this point he laughed and said I didn't understand him correctly! Then he repeated the same BS...basically Walker Pontiac wants to check you credit history before letting you test drive a G8?!?! What a joke, I asked to speak to the sales manager who had just as much personality as a dirt road and he proceeded telling me how RARE the G8 was and this was Walker policy...my wife and I got back in our 2007 GMC Denali, waved goodbye and went to Gyler Pontiac in Middletown and have two G8's from an OUTSTANDING GM dealership! Walker lost 2 sales because of a lame policy.

My Review of Jack Walker Pontiac-Toyota:
Bought a new 2001 Montana. After 5+ attempts to fix the same problem it was finally declared a Lemon. Was to be replaced with a less expensive 2002 with no additional cost and the difference in price to be refunded. We returned the 2001 picked up the 2002 and were told the refund check would be arriving. They called the next week to come in to the dealership on the pretense of needing to fill out registration papers. We were then told we had to sign new loan papers at a 2% higher interest rate, all the money paid on the loan disappeared, no refund and sign the papers or leave the 2002. They threatened to call the police and have us arrested if we did not sign! We had to then hire an attorney and go to court which they managed to continually delay until August of 2004. The Jury unanimously found them GUILTY. This has still not been paid!
