My Review of Jacobs Twin Honda:
i stopped in this dealership twice as it is the closest honda dealership to my house, but didnt get to test drive the car i wanted both times, even though i called ahead. second time i was there i waited 45 minutes for Ralph to find the civic he said they had, and eventually had to tell on him for never coming back and the manager blew up and yelled at all of the sales people right in front of us. i casually walked out of what was sure to be a disaster.
i later submitted a quote request online and they quoted me the highest price (200 over sticker) out of the 20 or so dealerships i inquired. ridiculous. not even worth contacting this dealership.
