steve handled all my issues quickly and profesionaly took care of brakes windshield and service all in one day after i requested it allowing me to get away for the holiday

I was pretty intimidated having my Jaguar XJ8 towed there. Here I was a college kid with "just" a 2000 XJ8 in a lot full of brand new XKs, XFs, and a few Bentleys. However, the staff treated me just like a big shot coming into buy a car right off the lot. Daryl listened to what I had to say and what was wrong with the car and immediately offered me a free loan vehicle from Avis which helped with the commute all the way from Tempe. My car was seen and repaired the same day at a pretty reasonable price. Daryl also informed me of a few other things that needed replacing, but there was absolutely ZERO pressure to have it done right away.

My car had broken down about 10 days previous to this and I brought it to the local Pep Boys, since I was unsure about going to the dealership, and what a hassle it was. It would take them all day just to get a part and replace it. Car was there for about 5-6 days and I was the one to always call to check on it. The guy at Pep Boys also put my car back together wrong which is what caused this service trip. They also probably charged me way too much but oh well live and learn I guess.

Needless to say, the rest of my service needs will be done at North Scottsdale Jaguar and hopefully someday I will be one of those big shots coming in to buy a car.

I have bought so many vehicles in the past and I was particularly impressed with my salesman John Puma. He made it such a enjoyable experience. He was so sincere and explained everything so well. I felt I could trust him in fact I ended up buying to vehicles from him. I will definitely be back in the future and have him be my salesman again.

Had a great experience at Jaguar - Scottsdale North. Was absolutley one of the most hassle free, no pressure experiences in car buying that I have had. Previous deals have been with Lexus (above average), Chevrolet (poor of course even though buying a new Vette). Rob Rossi was our salesman, and was very helpful, cordial, and we actually got along great with him. We received a very fair price for our trade in, and also a good price for the car we purchased which was in new condition. Signing the paperwork all the way through to picking up the car was truly hassle free and well laid out. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a Jaguar or VERY clean pre-owned vehicle.

To tell the truth my husband and I have never enjoyed the process of car buying. After a car accident we needed to replace my car.
We were seriously only starting our search and just happened to spot a beautiful used Jaguar on the sales lot. We were actually on our way to another dealership. We stopped and test drove the car and loved the way it handled the road. We continued our search with a few other car dealerships. Within two days we knew that the Jaguar was the car we wanted to buy. Gavin worked with us in a professional way, he negotiated a great price and made the whole car buying process a positive experience. He was never pushy or assuming, he has a straight forward approach and offers the kind of service one would expect in purchasing a luxury car.

Gavin contacted me promptly to look at new inventory that fit my needs. Once we found the car the process was quick and easy....I drove off in my new car in no time at all. Everything promised was definitly delivered!
