My Review of Jason Oswald:
note-I placed the salesman's name in the "Dealer" box and now can't change it. This is the Spitzer dealership in Cleveland that sells KIAs.

SAD OLD "BAIT-N-SWITCH" TACTICS
We gave salesman best offer from other dealers. He supposedly checked with his General Manager [twice] and was approved to sell at our agreed price that beat the competition by about $500. We test drove vehicle, etc. Must have spent 2 hours up to this point.

When we sat down to sign the papers, the General Manager came into the office with a price $1700.00 HIGHER than negotiated. The salesman acted confused and said he made a "mistake". The general manager wouldn't budge and was angry with the salesman for misleading us. At this point they wouldn't even try to match the competators' [several] prices and continued to argue that we were still getting a good deal, etc., etc. I walked out. Worst experience ever and I wasted a lot of time especially because they are 45 minutes from my home. . .

The sad thing is that we had heart set on getting a Kia, but now do not trust any Kia dealerships [several gave us a runaround]. We are returning to our trusty Honda dealership [who by the way also said they made a mistake in pricing our Accord, but stuck to their price anyway. . .]
