My Review of Jay Wolfe Toyota St. Louis:
$2100.00 bill from Jay Wolfe Toyota for water pump discounted to $1950.00 (big of them) for my 2003 Toyota Highlander. This seemed extremely high to me, so I decided to take it to another Toyota dealer. Imagine my shock when their bill was $950.oo! I didn't tell Lou fusz what Wolfe had estimated, just asked them to check out the car and gave them the same symptonms I had given Wolfe. When their estimate called for a water pump and timing belt and others belts replaced, I asked about the coolant crossover leak reported by Wolfe, they said I din't have a leak there! Obviously a total ripp off from Wolfe Toyota! Beware!

My Review of Jay Wolfe Toyota St. Louis:
Very friendly and they really take great care of the cars before selling them.

After getting horrible customer service at a different auto dealer, our experience with Luke was a breath of fresh air. This is what the experience of looking for a car should be like.

Luke found my mother-in-law and I wandering around the lot and asked if he could help us out. We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he invited us inside to sit down and look over his list. He introduced himself and was very friendly and professional. We don't have a lot of money to spend and are interested in lower priced cars yet he wasn't perturbed or rude at all. He showed us several cars and let us test drive one. He spent probably a good hour with us even though he knew we weren't going to buy anything today. When we do figure out what we want, we will try to give him our business. Plus, this dealership really details their cars before selling them and goes over them with a fine-toothed comb. Everything looked great in the lot.

I would highly recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota and especially Luke!

From the minute I walked into this dealership, I had a great experience. I had visited four other dealers in the St. Louis Area and had a good experience at each, but Steve Cole did a super job of working with me and worked hard to get exactly what I wanted at a great price. This is the right place to buy a new car and Steve Cole is the right salesman to work with. For this reason, I have given Jay Wolfe Toyota of St. Louis the highest rating.

Dominick in the finance department was fantastic to work with. His level of customer service and knowledge provided me with an excellent experience. Thank you Dominick for all your help. Prior to my experience with Dominick I brought my Toyota 4Runner for maintenance and the service department treated me like I had just bought a brand new car even though my 4Runner had 233,000 miles on it! It is because of the excellent service and the continued excellent service why I chose to purchase my used Lexus at Jay Wolfe. I knew that I would be treated with exceptional care. Dominick was exceptional and because of his service on the close of the sale I will be returning to purchase my car at Jay Wolfe.

Thank you again for the great 10 years of excellent service and most recently with the purchase of my used Is-250.

My Review of Jay Wolfe Toyota St. Louis:
Great knowledge of product and services. Worked with our lease and a buyer for our Prius.

People with leg problems (why we sold our Prius) the seats are to low and need to be higher. The extra drag factor due to increased car height is not a problem at 80 mph or less, but comfort is when entering and existig a car.

The next and present older generation including me are your best and largest customers, so listen-up. We don't care so much about the car profile, as we do comfort of entering and existing. Yes we want good mileage too.

P.S. I also have a 2011 Sienna, but need better mileage, so make it a Hybrid so we can get 35 mpg.

My Review of Jay Wolfe Toyota St. Louis:
The experience we had at Jay Wolfe Toyota was very ideal. Steve took his time to help us select the Sienna that we wanted without ever pressuring us to go to a higher trim level. He was friendly, informative and even took the time to talk to my kids. He even remembered their names after we had left the dealership and had to come back two days later to resolve an issue.
