My Review of Jay Wolfe:
I see some old reviews that say bad things, but I'd just like to say how much I like the staff at Jay Wolfe. I've heard nothing but good things about them in the last 3 years that I've owned my TL, nor have I had any problems with them whatsoever. Many times over they've helped me on costs or done non-warranty work for free. They're very knowledgeable and I trust them with my car all the time.

For shizzle, they be straight lying to you when it comes to service time estimates. I wouldn't be surprised if they lied about other things as well. My theory is that they all are sugar junkies and their brains have degenerated--I explain this below.<br><br>I had to sit in the waiting room for four hours when they said my car would be ready in one and a half hours. While I was sitting there, I watched in amazement as their &quot;courtesy&quot; fridge of pop was ravaged by all of the service technicians. Never before have I witnessed such a high consumption of liquid sugar in a short amount of time by the same group of people. I actually jumped in front of the fridge, like a Secret Service agent taking a bullet for the Prez, to try and stop the madness. But I failed and instead cursed their pancreas.<br><br>In conclusion, I do not recommend this dealer at all. I would rather trust a Toyota Echo dealer.

My Review of Jay Wolfe:
Salesperson lied to me about the order time. The car did not arrive until a full two weeks after I was told it would be in. I missed a vacation a had planned because of it. Finance department was very pushy and tried to charge me a higher interest rate. Quickly changed their story when I threatened to get my own loan. I love the car though.

These snout nosed baboons will lie to you to get you to drive down to their store. The old bait and switch routine is alive and well here! Get everything in writing and watch your wallet.
