GREAT GUYS TO WORK WITH, NO PRESSURE. I WANTED TO LEASE A GRAND CHEROKEE. THEY SHOWED ME HOW WITH THE NEW PROGRAM I COULD GET A LOADED LIMITED WITH SONROOF AND NAVIGATION FOR THE SAME AS I WAS PAYING ON MY LAREDO. DEALT WITH ME HONESTLY FAIRLY AND DOING THE PAPERWORK SO SO STRESSFREE. BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD

My Review of Jeep 17:
From the time I received a response from Greg King on the web until I walked out of the dealership after my purchase, my questions and concerns regarding the 2005 Chrysler town & Country I was purchasing were answered in a friendly and professional manner. The Salesman greeted me at the door with my vehicle waiting for me all ready to go. I sat down with John, took care of all the necessary paperwork (approx. 45 mins.), and was on my way. I am having an issue with the door locks in the van, and John is being extremely helpful. I am over all very satisfied with the service recieved and continuously receiving at the highest degree.

There were 2 manufacturers recalls on the van which they took care of before the sale so that I would not have to deal with it later.

The price which I received was way below book value of the vehicle and I commend them for this.

I would recommend Jeep17 to anyone that I know as a friendly & honest dealership.

My Review of Jeep 17:
This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I recently bought a used Jeep Compass from them with regret, it seems that 2 days later they called me on the phone demanding that I pay $1800 to them immediatley or they will not process any of the paperwork. It seems they made a mistake on their paperwork and want to backcharge me for their mistake. I had numerous conversions or should I call them viscous arguments, and was threatened to return this vehicle if we cannot make the deal. This dealership seems to bully and mislead everyone into waranty and Gap protection plans without your knowledge also.
Please take this as warning not to deal with these kind of places.

My Review of Jeep 17:
I had two major brake over hauls done within 30K miles. They told me it was my driving habit that caused the brakes to pulsate. I just spent $1000 outside of Jeep 17 to get another brake job done!
They lied about the defect with Jeep brakes. Now there is a class action law suit against Jeep for product performance for 1999-2002 jeep grand cherokees. Don't take your car here.
