DJ and Todd are a great team and helped me from a distance. Moving back to the US after being an expat in Germany, I needed a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend; DJ and Todd ensured I purchased what I was looking for and was pleased with my purchase.

I was in the market for a new car and had had a frustrating experience with another dealer. But just the opposite was true with the Wyler dealership. The Jeff Wyler dealership made my experience easy, fun, and with no pressure. Both the salesman, Steve Marchbanks, and manager were professional, but easy to talk with. The test drive was no hassle, the paperwork was no hassle, as was getting the perfect car for me from another dealer. They did things according to my schedule, not theirs. When the car was delivered to the dealership they made sure it was to my satisfaction. Plus, I love the free oil changes and free car washes! I would certainly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I told DJ Mathis what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay. We reached an agreement and he ordered me exactly what I wanted when most other Dodge dealers were in limbo during the bankruptcy. Car showed up and I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes total and driving my new Challenger back to Ohio. Price out the door was exactly as agreed upon. I can strongly suggest three things to anybody who reads this. Buy an Challenger, buy it from Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas, and buy it from DJ Mathis. I would do it all over again.

I was skeptical when I first asked for info and a quote on the internet on the Dodge Ram I liked from Jeff Wyler Dodge in Ft Thomas. The results have been terriffic. I was lucky enough to get DJ Mathis as the one to help me. All I can say about DJ and the experience is OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!. My husband and I bought 2 Dodge Rams in a 14 day period from DJ. Both sales were PERFECT. Our daughter is now dealing on a Dodge Nitro with DJ. I will never use anyone else or reccommend anyplace else other than DJ Mathis and Jeff Wyler Dodge in FT. Thomas

We were extremely impressed with the Jeff Wyler Dealership. We had been sent a Capitol One Finance Approval Letter and decided to see what we could buy. We have bought many cars in our 35 years of marriage but have never been more impressed than with our visit and subsequent sale with them. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get our business. We will definitely refer all our friends and family to Jeff Wyler and continue to do business there ourselves. We just retired and moved to Cincinnati last fall and feel we truly have found a jewel of a dealership.

My Review of Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
For about a month, I was researching the Jeep Commander and decided to visit the Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership in Ft. Thomas, KY. Jeff Wyler had one 2008 Jeep Commander left on the lot that had all the options I wanted plus. We met with Wayne Keiser and went for a test drive.
At the time of the test drive we told Wayne that we were only looking and not planning on buying that day. Even though we informed Wayne that he was not going to make a sale off of us that day, he spent about 45 mins to an hour with us just to make sure that all of our questions were answered. It was a busy day at Jeff Wyler, instead of passing us up and pursuing another sale, Wayne took care of us. Wayne broke down the number for us that day and we left the dealership.
While having dinner at a local restaurant we talked about the vehicle and decided to make an offer. Wayne was able to work the numbers and meet my financial requirements.
As I noted, it was a busy day for Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas; we were either 3rd or 4th in line to meet with Linda from Finance Dept. During this time, we hung out in the customer waiting area and watched the game on the 40in LCD TV. If they would have had beer and snacks, it would have been a perfect game day! The customer waiting was fairly comfortable and very clean. I noticed that the dealership offered computer charging stations to charge your laptop and that a lot of the chairs were designed for laptop users so you can work or browse the internet. I also noticed they offered coffee and they had vending machines available. Compared to the Lincoln dealership where I used to have my Lincoln LS serviced, Jeff Wyler was 10 times nicer, it was clean, and they were up to date with technologies. This is what I would expect out of a luxury car dealership. During our wait to meet with Linda from the Finance Dept, Wayne checked on us several times to make sure that we were comfortable and he also chatted with us for a bit.
Once Linda was ready to meet with us, Wayne took us to her office and made the introductions. Linda was very detailed and explained all of the numbers quickly but thoroughly.
Even though we had a long day at the dealership, it was a very good experience and Wayne stayed about 2 hours after closing time to make sure we were taken care of.
Because of my positive experience; I am going to use Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas for all of my service and maintenance needs, even though there are 2 other Jeep dealerships closer to my work and residence.

Very easy giong, This is the second auto we have purchased and the experience was delightful. No hard sell pressure, very accomodating and THEY found the car we wanted. (The vehicle was not on their lot) Everyone was very helpful right down to the lot keeper. The car was delivered on time, serviced, cleaned and with a full tank of gas. We will definately be going back.

My Review of Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I recently purchased a 2007 Caliber and love it! Before making my decision I was greeted with great customer service. I felt very little pressure and very welcome during the intermediate time when I wanted to take a look around to see what other dealerships, both within and outside of the Jeff Wyler community, had to offer. I actually visited 5 Jeff Wyler dealerships before choosing Ft. Thomas, and had a good experience at all of them. When I wanted to test drive the vehicles I was interested in I was encouraged to take my time and had the opportunity to feel each vehicle both on narrow roads and on the highway. When I came to make my offer, and then my purchase the sales people allowed some negotiation and listened to my needs as well as my expectations and concerns.

My only qualms would be the hand off between sales people once I wanted to seriously talk business, and my slight confusion about what to expect to recieve my plates once I left the dealership.

Other than that, excellent experience, I would definitely encourage others to work with Jeff Wyler dealerships!
