Very poor experience Visited Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet yesterday 2/3/17 was looking at purchasing a used Chevy equinox. I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze very clean car yes it ha Visited Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet yesterday 2/3/17 was looking at purchasing a used Chevy equinox. I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze very clean car yes it has 112000 miles on it but it has been very well taken care of and these cars are still selling for almost 8000 dollars! So they went and done their "number crunching" so they call it and came back to offer me $2000 dollars! I felt like I was kicked in the gut for a car with absolutely no issues runs and drives great new tires perfect interior no tears, no scratches, nothing needless to say they lost a customer I said nothing else just left no sense in wasting my breath typical car dealership! Funny thing is get home last night to find out my mother in law went to Jeff Wyler Clarksville Toyota last night after speaking with them on the phone already running her credit they told her what she was approved for which was enough for a brand new Camry they told her what her payment would be. So she went gets there they offer her $500 dollars on a 2009 Volvo all leather interior heated seats and everything!! So it's not just one Jeff Wyler apparently that's what their "trained" to do! Rip people off so they went ahead picked out the car that they were approved for only to find out they added another $45 dollars a month on to the price of the payment!!! So just goes to show you they are no different than any other car dealership they will tell you anything to get you in there then rip you off once your there!!!!!! I personally went in because I was referred to Matt Ryan he was with a customer so I dealt with someone else can not remember his name but was not his fault for the price it all falls back on the finance manger I would assume but I will not be back and also neither will my mother in law lost two people that were planning on buying in one day More

Great Service I purchased my vehicle there and was pleased with the service I received. I have been taking my car in for the standard free services they offered und I purchased my vehicle there and was pleased with the service I received. I have been taking my car in for the standard free services they offered under warranty. After I went through them, I have continued to go back. They offer fast and friendly service at great prices. I absolutely love the shuttle service. The driver is always friendly and they work around my schedule. Everyone that I encounter and talk to from drop off to paying my bill is always so helpful and nice. I would not go anywhere else! More

Recall Visit I took my truck in for a recall on the airbags. Called an got an appointment and took my truck in. When into the showroom and talked to Mr. Jim Jones, who was the salesman who sold me the truck, we have become friends since the purchase and I always look forward to seeing him when I am in for service. Went back to the lounge and drank some coffee and Mr. Daymond Geary found me an had my truck at the door ready to go in just about 30 minutes. Always enjoy my visits to the Chevy store. More

Great Fair Salesman "Gus Hazard" *5* I have been coming to this dealership for a couple years now for maintenance on my old 2012 Chevy Sonic LT. The Sonic was not bought at Jeff Wyler but I have been coming to this dealership for a couple years now for maintenance on my old 2012 Chevy Sonic LT. The Sonic was not bought at Jeff Wyler but from a Kia dealership outside Fort Knox as I was stationed there. Gus Hazard I give a 5 star review alone, easy to work with and will work with you until your needs are met. No games or funny business, just straight talk and I was out the door same day! I highly recommend GUS for anyone who is "on the fence" about trading in their car or truck as I still owed a fair amount on my Sonic. I still came out with the payment I wanted as well as the make and model I wanted (2017 Chevy Cruze). Great working with you Gus! P.S. for some reason the review hangs on 4.8 even though I selected 5* on everything. Fix your website to reflect this Admins! More
