My Review of Jeff Wyler Eastgate Automall:
As a former auto mechanic and very (even overly) particular about my cars, I was very apprehensive about having someone service my new Nissan. Simply, I was concerned about high-cost, low-quality service. Plus, I had heard so many bad stories about high-pressure sales tactics and abrupt service managers at various dealerships and service shops. With that mental “baggage,” I recently went to the Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan dealership for an oil change and checkup.
My apprehension and concerns were totally dispelled!
Bryan Barger and B.K. Kasten (service advisors) were awesome. Both gentlemen were pleasant to talk with and very professional about arranging the service, complying with my requests, and putting me at ease about having the service performed. Simply, they gave the impression that both I and my business were important to them.
Bob Skit (mechanic) was excellent. There were no signs of oil spills or fingerprints on the exterior or interior of the car, including the engine compartment and undercarriage.
Lastly, the price was very fair.
I’ll be going back!
