I visited couple of dealerships in Florence, KY and I never found one that it is so professional and courteous than Jeff Wyler GMC in Florence. I have financial difficulties and never thought that a grea never found one that it is so professional and courteous than Jeff Wyler GMC in Florence. I have financial difficulties and never thought that a great dealership would help me find a vehicle. The couple of dealerships I went they concentrate their efforts on my tarnish credit history and they didn’t gave me and my wife any options. My last try was Jeff Wyler and to my surprise was a way different treatment. I regret not making it my first choice, but now understand why nothing happened until I found them. I would recommend this dealership any time. The most important of this experience was meeting, Chad Anderson. His treatment was professional and courteous even on a busy environment. He treated me and my wife with respect. He concentrated his efforts on getting the options we needed to get a vehicle not on my credit. He works hard to get an awesome vehicle for me a 2012 Kia Optima. Never in my life, before coming to this dealership thought that would I have the opportunity to have a vehicle like this with my type of credit. Chad, You Are Awesome... I had smoke coming out of the tail pipe of the car the next morning after buying the car. I called the next day, and couple days afterwards about the smoke and no call back. I figured they wouldn't call me back and quit calling. Took the car to get checked and found out the warranty they sold me didn't even fix the problem. I am a disabled veteran and can't afford to do anything about it and put 2 quarts of oil in the car every 1000 miles... Don't trust them More

Ok I'm going to be as nice as I can but that's going to be hard. We drove 60 some miles to look at a Ford sport trac we called before we left got lost ended up at the wrong Jeff Wyler location (A going to be hard. We drove 60 some miles to look at a Ford sport trac we called before we left got lost ended up at the wrong Jeff Wyler location (Alexandria) was told they were going to bring the truck to us,and it would be 20 mins after 40 mins we were told it wasn't coming cause we had a appt. at the Burlington Pike location. Drove to the correct location looked at the truck liked it while waiting for them to put gas in it so we could test drive it. Another sales person had someone there for the same one the sales person was giving us grieve and the sales person we were dealing with. We were giving about 15 mins to test drive it, decided we wanted it as we were trying to get the paperwork the other people and sales lady was sitting behind our sales person that we were dealing with talking about how they wanted it. The lady wrote a not so nice message about the sales person we were working with and put it in the window so we see it. They made a appt. to come back at 9 30 the next day, After that it did not seem like our sales person wanted us to get the truck. So we left with out the truck I want after the drive, they call the home phone before we got home too late to call them back, they called next morning we didn't hear phone, sent us text so we called back. They told us the could get us the truck for what we wanted and they would call back in 15 mins. After about 4 1/2 hours later and about 3 voice messages from us to them we found out that the person who was there at 9 30 drove it for about 4 hour then bought it at 1o'clock. But no one could call and tell us! Plus they lowered the price by 2000 dollars. I really don't have any thing nice to say about this dealership. Don't go there! And don't drive far either it was a very wasted trip! I really don't thing they will even let this review post, but this is the facts of our experience. Guess you have to know someone that works there to get the good deals! More
