Once again Jeff Wyler service department has gone way above average to fix my car. I had been having a problem with the brakes. I did not arrive to the dealer until 7:00PM. They were not upset about staying late to take my business and despite the time, did not rush during anytime of the process. I test drove a similar vehicle without the items I was looking for and was not sold at first. I came back a week later and Jim Barnard had made a dealer trade for exactley the vehicle i was looking for . It had everything that I was looking for. I was very happy after test driving this car that I went home with it. Jim did not presuure or hound me during the week that had gone by. He did email me to notify that he was still available to assist me in finding a vehicle for me if I had not found on yet. This non pressure approach was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this dealership and Jim Barnard to all my family and friends. It was a pleasure to have done business with them. I now am very satified with my choice 2013 GMC Terrain and love my Terrrain. I will be a return customer in the future! More
I have never been a fan of car shopping. The games that the sales staff and managers play are exhausting to say the least. Fortunately, my experience at Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac GMC was far from the norm! the sales staff and managers play are exhausting to say the least. Fortunately, my experience at Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac GMC was far from the norm! Our sales associate, David Navarre, took the time and listened to what my husband and I wanted. He never tried to pressure us, nor upsell us. We came in with exactly what we wanted in mind and exactly what we were willing to pay. David never batted an eye. He said he would do what he could to get it done. And that he did. Within 24 hours of first meeting David (it was close to closing time when we stopped in and we had three tired kiddos in tow), I drove off the lot in my new car. All parameters were met, no pressure was ever felt, and no back and forth negotiations ever took place. David Navarre took care of us from start to finish. He even took an extra hour out of his day to review the car from top to bottom with me! My husband and I had such a fantastic experience with David that we will be back when we are due for our next car! More
I went to the dealership to just "look" at a GMC Terrain, not really ready to buy one...although I LOVED them! I met up with Dave Navarre, who has become my "car dealer hero!" I test drove a 4 GMC Terrain, not really ready to buy one...although I LOVED them! I met up with Dave Navarre, who has become my "car dealer hero!" I test drove a 4 cylinder Terrain, then a 6 cylinder one. I was hooked! I went back to the dealership and told Dave I preferred a 2011 or newer Terrain, black, automatic, all wheel drive, with heated seats, 6 cylinder, and leather. If possible, I'd really prefer an SLT-2, but would be okay with an SLT-1..all within my price range of no more than $29,000. My expectations were high, but I had convinced myself it would likely not happen that he could find what I was looking for. Wow! Was I wrong! Within 3 days, Dave had found and secured a 2013 black SLT-2 Terrain, with all the features I had asked for...and more! My car is even GMC Certified!!! And, best of all....it was within my price range! I was more than amazed to say the least!!! Dave did a fantastic job! He listened to my requests (more like "demands!"), he negotiated well, he explained everything necessary pertaining to the vehicle, was knowledgeable about the car and the dealership, and was very, very personable! The purchase of this vehicle is honestly the best experience I've had in buying a car in all the years I've bought (and that's been a LOT of years!). I mean, I even HUGGED him....three times! I've never hugged a car salesperson before...ever!!! I will most definitely recommend the Jeff Wyler GMC dealership to my friends, and will certainly tell them to see Dave Navarre! (And, no....he did NOT pay me to say all these wonderful things!!!) Thanks to the dealership, to Jason Rebholtz in Finance, and especially to Dave Navarre for allowing me to have a great car-shopping experience!!! You guys are the best! Andy Marine More
