My dad and I actually went into the dealership to get some parts for his car. So upon waiting for my dad I was walking around the lot ( I was anyways in a hunt for a car) and Tom Denhe- great guy- came some parts for his car. So upon waiting for my dad I was walking around the lot ( I was anyways in a hunt for a car) and Tom Denhe- great guy- came up and showed me a car that was on sale. So one thing led to another we ended up driving off with my new car. I'm so happy I got the car from this dealership. I've been to many dealers before coming to this one and I didn't feel as welcomed as I did here. Very friendly and lively staff. Moreover I'm happy we worked with Tom Dehne. Service Dept was most accommodating to repair my air conditioning system which is still under warranty. A 'loaner' car was readily provided during my car's over weekend repair. I started out looking at all SUV's and fell in love with the Enclave. I went in to talk with David about the Enclave just to see where I would end up and had a wonderful outcome. We have had the best imaginable experience at Jeff Wyler Florence Buick. My husband and I walked into the show room late afternoon on Saturday (near closing time) and Bill spent hours with us, showing us vehicles, demonstrating and explaining the Enclave and taking a test drive. The exact Enclave we wanted was not on the lot but Bill and Dave Navarre sourced one for us and we were driving our new Luxury SUV within four days! That was really impressive to us and clearly is integral to the Jeff Wyler commitment to excellence. Bill's follow up and contact was perfect, aka, just enough but not pushy. His knowledge of the Enclave was really impressive and when I picked the car up he took time to review the extensive features with my daughter.
