I would have given a perfect 5 across the board if the part fixed, an HVAC resistor pack, would have been in stock. While I understand that every part can't certainly be stocked, I believe this part is f part fixed, an HVAC resistor pack, would have been in stock. While I understand that every part can't certainly be stocked, I believe this part is fairly prone to failure in all cars after about 5 or 6 years. The air conditioning went out on a very hot afternoon. I called and we had a loaner within 30 minutes and dropped the car off. As I had an extended warrantee cost was not an issue. I brought my 2010 Enclave in because of trancmission concerns. John Chadwell in the service department listened very closely as I explained that I had a downshifting problem under certain road condition concerns.
