I brought our buick in for routine service. I was greeted immediately. I was asked if there were any problems that needed attention. The service person (J. The main thing is I received an incredible deal and an incredible product. The only thing I think could have been better were phone messages or electronic mail answered sooner with more specific content. In this day and age, people don't have time to travel here, there, and yonder when "negotiating" price and details. I realize from a sales perspective, the dealer wants you in the showroom, but that's not always possible. The bottom line is that I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. More
