Most people dread buying a car, that includes me! This was truly the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had. I walked away without any "What's it going to take to get you in this car today" moments! There was no tense negotiations. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and got a good offer on my trade in. I would, actually have already, recommended Jeff Anna and this dealership to friends and family. I would go back in a second if I needed to buy another car. Thanks Jeff, you truly are "The peace giver" lol

This was the best experience at buying a new vechicle that I've every had. The sales people were friendly, cooperative and worked with you at trying to give you what you wanted. Their website was up to daate and very informative. When e-mailed questions they were quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Jeff Wyler Florence Buick Pontiac GMC:
I purchased my car via the internet from Florida and flew up to Kentucky to purchase and drive the car back. The dealership and Jason Rebholz were awesome! I had a lot of questions, since I was buying "sight unseen" other than the post on the internet. Jason sent me videos of inside and outside of the car. Every question I had, he got right back to me and took pictures or videos whenever possible. When he wasn't in the office, Jami assisted him, and again - was there for me every step of the way.
It was a very pleasant experience. They even picked me up at airport! Thanks a million!

Buying my GMC Sierra from Jeff Wyler GMC in Cincinnati Ohio was THE BEST new car purchase experience that I have ever had.

I live in Dayton Ohio so I had several GMC dealers to pick from and after engaging with every dealer in a 100 mile radius, Jeff Wyler rose to the top.

First off, my Jeff Wyler sales associate, Jeff Anna, was very professional and knowledgeable of the discounts and incentives that I was qualified for. Every single other dealer that I called had a sales associate that sounded like they might have played a role in the movie 'deliverance' and were very apprehensive and uniformed about the incentives and rebates that I was looking for. I had to educate THEM on which rebates worked with the truck month incentive money! Even after I told the other dealers that I had confirmed that the incentives worked through both GM customer service and other dealers I STILL had idiot sales associates telling me that I was wrong.

Jeff Anna was very responsive to both my calls and emails and never got frustrated with me even though I was very picky about what I wanted. There were several instances where he would find a truck that was close to what I wanted and I would turn it down after some deliberation; I could hear a sigh of despair on his end every time like 'man I’m never going to find him the truck he wants' but he never gave up. Finally, after advising me on some different options, I loosened my search criteria and we found 'The One'.

Jeff never gave up on me, always returned calls/emails, was very knowledgeable of the product and financing options, and always provided a level of service that I view as above and beyond his peers. Jeff is truly a master of his craft and I give him and Jeff Wyler GMC my highest possible recommendation to anyone who is in the market for a new GMC.

Jason Rebholz was an outstanding sales rep!! After calling at least 25 dealers to find a specific truck that qualified for a special aged inventory discount, only Jason was willing to trade one of their cars for one I would buy. We did everything over the phone. When picking up the truck there were no surprises. Call Jason for great service and a great deal. He will work for you!
