My Review of Jeff Wyler Florence Buick Pontiac GMC:
Buying my GMC Sierra from Jeff Wyler GMC in Cincinnati Ohio was THE BEST new car purchase experience that I have ever had.

I live in Dayton Ohio so I had several GMC dealers to pick from and after engaging with every dealer in a 100 mile radius, Jeff Wyler rose to the top.

First off, my Jeff Wyler sales associate, Jeff Anna, was very professional and knowledgeable of the discounts and incentives that I was qualified for. Every single other dealer that I called had a sales associate that sounded like they might have played a role in the movie 'deliverance' and were very apprehensive and uniformed about the incentives and rebates that I was looking for. I had to educate THEM on which rebates worked with the truck month incentive money! Even after I told the other dealers that I had confirmed that the incentives worked through both GM customer service and other dealers I STILL had idiot sales associates telling me that I was wrong.

Jeff Anna was very responsive to both my calls and emails and never got frustrated with me even though I was very picky about what I wanted. There were several instances where he would find a truck that was close to what I wanted and I would turn it down after some deliberation; I could hear a sigh of despair on his end every time like 'man I’m never going to find him the truck he wants' but he never gave up. Finally, after advising me on some different options, I loosened my search criteria and we found 'The One'.

Jeff never gave up on me, always returned calls/emails, was very knowledgeable of the product and financing options, and always provided a level of service that I view as above and beyond his peers. Jeff is truly a master of his craft and I give him and Jeff Wyler GMC my highest possible recommendation to anyone who is in the market for a new GMC.

Jason Rebholz was an outstanding sales rep!! After calling at least 25 dealers to find a specific truck that qualified for a special aged inventory discount, only Jason was willing to trade one of their cars for one I would buy. We did everything over the phone. When picking up the truck there were no surprises. Call Jason for great service and a great deal. He will work for you!

This is the fourth (4th) vehicle we have purchased and/or leased from this dealership and this particular sales representative. Does that explain the rating!
We have yet to have any problems with sales personnel or service personnel. Our only regret is the move from Alexandria,KY to Florence, KY.

We were both very impressed with all of our dealings at Jeff Wyler GMC. Jason was very prompt in his follow-up, and much quicker that other dealers we contacted. He did what he said he would do and kept his promises. When we arrived at the dealership Jason was busy, so we met Todd, who was polite and willingly showed us a number of cars. He listened to what we wanted, and arranged a test drive. He answered our questions well. We made the decision to buy, and dealt again with Jason. he was professional , and very knowledgeable about the Denali features. After we had purchased the car, Jason explained all of the features thoroughly, and this kept him well beyond normal closing time for the dealer. He did a great job.

I score Jeff Wyler Florence Buick Pontiac GMC and Jeff Anna very high because I couldn't of got any better customer service then I receieved! I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Jeff did everything he could to make that happen for me without being overbearing. He was able to locate a different color car I wanted that wasn't on the dealership and made it possible to recieve it as soon as possible. I love the car, dealership and outstanding customer service I receieved there. I plan on referring anyone that is in the market for a car!!

My Review of Jeff Wyler Florence Buick Pontiac GMC:
I have purchased many cars in my 62 years & have hated the process most everytime. However, after shopping several dealers looking for 2010 Lacrosse, I drove the 50 plus miles to Jeff Wyler Buick after several e-mails between Jeff Anna & myself, I must say that our experience with Wyler Buick was oustanding from beginning to end. Jeff looked & found 2 rebates that we were entitled too (neither of the other two dealers either did not know about or cared about looking for rebates)

The car was sparkling when we arrived to pick it up & Jeff took alot of time explaining all the gadgets on the car.

If you are the least bit interested in buying a Buick or GMC truck, you would be wise to see Jeff Anna at Jeff Wyler Buick in Florence, KY.

We felt very cared about and made to feel very comfortable.
Rick was very polite and made us feel very immportant.
The driving route for test drive was well thought out to allow for most driving conditions as far as road width, speeds, turns etc.
We did not feel pushed or pressured at all.
The entire buying experience was great.
