I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE RAVING ABOUT A CAR SALEMAN OR DEALER BUT HERE I AM POSTING ON THE INTERNET AND TELLING EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO BUY A HONDA FROM JEFF WYLER HONDA-FLORENCE, KY. FROM THE VERY START I WAS TREATED AS A VIP. I WAS PROVIDED AN INFORMATIONAL TOUR OF THE SAFETY QUALITIES, RELIABILITY AND THE MANY OTHER FEATURES OF THE CRV PRIOR TO TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE. QUAID,SALESMAN TOOK HIS TIME (ON HIS DAY OFF) TO ENSURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY UPFRONT AND HONEST WHO GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF MY NEW HONDA AND WORKED WELL WITH MY OUTSIDE BANKING INSTITUTION. I TOOK DELIVERY THAT SAME DAY AND CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY SALESPERSON QUAID WHO SHOWED ME BUTTONS ON MY VEHICLE THAT I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE WERE THERE BEFORE THE PURCHASE. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEADING BACK TO WYLER FOR MY MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND TO RECOMENDING ANYONE WHO ASKS ME ABOUT MY NEW CAR TO WYLER HONDA. OVERALL A GREAT GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND THE SALEMAN QUAID IF YOU WANT AN EASY, PLEASURABLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE (FYI: THIS WAS MY 1ST PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND THIS WAS DUE TO QUAID AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND EXTENSIVE CAR KNOWLEDGE).

I can't say enough about Paul Conrad and the personnel in the maintenance department. They bend over backwards to get the job done well, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Besides being very professional, this group is warm and friendly, with nice
accommodations for waiting while service is being done, and they have a courtesy shuttle to Florence Mall and other shops in the area. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to care for my Honda CR-V! Thanks, Paul and team!

I took my CRV in for a 60K mile maintenance. Dillon was the person who helped me. She has helped me before when there for an oil change. She is always more than pleasant. She is thorough and very professional. She explained everything to me, gave me an opportunity to ask questions and offered to provide the courtesy shuttle service to me since I was dropping my car off and walking home. Dillon is definitely pleasan to work with.

I bought my 1st Civic from Jeff Wyler Honda in 2005. Since then I worked hard and I moved up. Now I got the SI I worked so hard for, the car I waited years for. This is the American dream.
I love my Honda.The reaction has been great. It is probably the best looking car I ever owned.It is gorgeous.I just can't wait for the break in period to be over, just in time for Spring.
My buddy at work drives a supercharged GXP, and when he drove it he loved it. Plenty of power. And he loves the color and the wheels and the dash layout, too.
Bud got me the color I wanted, "polished metal metallic" and I got a great deal on a car I love. Bud Hornsby did an outstanding job! He used to own a Civic SI so his personal knowledge of the car really showed.
Very knowledgeable.Nice.Friendly.
I would absolutely recommend Jeff Wyler Honda. I will do business with them again.The day I picked up the car went great. No surprises. Quick and easy. Just an outstanding job.
Listen I got this car for less than MSRP. I feel so fortunate to be able to get this great automobile and my car payment stayed virtually the same! Wow! I am one happy camper. Thanks Bud. All the best to Jeff Wyler Honda.

The salesman we dealt with, Quaid Daniels, was exceptional. he bent over backwards to help us out and to make us feel at ease. He was approachable and answered all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgable and if he did not know the answer, he found the answer quickly.
He worked fairly with us regarding our trade in and realistic with his offer. He did not try to low ball us and offered us what our vehicle was worth.

I would strongly recommend working with Quaid as he was a stand up guy who treated you like a long lost friend.

Internt dealing was easy and I felt no pressue. The Internet sales person I dealt with was the reason I picked this dealership. It is not ths closest Honda dealership to my home but I really liked my salesperson. His name was Bud. He made it comfortable, painless, and fast. When we arrived we Bud introduced us to Kathy. Also on the internet team. She helped us with leaning the inside of our new car. Gave us as much time as we needed. Excellent rating for both Bud and Kathy. I have already reccommeded them to a friend looking for a Honda.

I gave all thumbs up for the overall service i received at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. Dan was AWESOME! His customer service was over the top! His knowledge of the vehicle and his warm and fun humor made it a comfortable and fun experience. The only portion of the experience I rated a 4 was the price. Honda was not offering any incentives such as a cash back bonus or 0% financing like a lot of dealerships are offering. Offers such as these would have entised me to save my cash and finance the automobile. The high interest rate would have cost me 6 to 7k more in the total cost of my vehicle. And most of all Dan has my loyalty for life! Thank you, Dan!

john did an excellent job of answering all my guestions and addressing my concerns. I was interested in a used car but after John reviewd all my options I was able to afford a new Honda for about the same money as a used model from another manufacture. I finance manager was very helpful also. I think his name was Jake. I have recommended John and this dealership to all my friends.
