Beth was amazingly helpful in finding exactly what I wanted; I didn't feel pressured at all, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my truck needs were met. Ben, Beth's manager was equally no-pressure and finalized the sale for Beth. Working with Ray Racene on the paperwork was nothing short of a pleasure.

In the purchase of our new 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, we found the personnel at Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall to be eager to answer our questions, non-offensively assertive in their efforts to meet our purchase needs, professional in their approach to the sales process, and client-friendly. We were introduced to various people in the organization who discussed warranty issues, after-purchase products available, etc. Gary Bowman followed up on various issues enthusiastically and in a timely manner. In addition to the excellent sales service, we have been highly satisfied in the past with the service department at this dealership. This combination of exemplary previous service experience and high quality sales performance, coupled with a high quality product at a reasonable price, led us to the purchase of our new Hyundai at the Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall.

Kelly Kaylor was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was friendly, not pushy, listened to what I was looking for and showed me vehicles that fit my requirements. He did not try to push me into something I did not want just to get a sale. When I returned for my first oil change, he was just as friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. Thank you Kelly.

The day I visited the dealership was to obtain some routine maintemance on a 2007 Hyundai Accent. While I waited I inquired about the possibility of purchasing a 2009 Toyota Yaris. As soon as I approaced the sales area I was greeted by Don Shepherd. I'm sure he could sense I was reluctant and unsure whether I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, a Toyota, to be exact. he made me feel at ease and invited me to sit with him to review all of my options. The quality of work was absolutley amazing!! Don left nothing unturned. I acn honestly say once he knows what is important to the customer he seeks every option possible to make it happen. To top it off he gave me a tour so that I would know where exactly to go when I come in for service and to have my car washed. He also introduced me to others that he works with on his team. Too bad your highest rating is a 5 because my overall experience was definitely a 10. This is the second car that I have purchased from Jeff Wyler in Springfield, OH. and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from that dealership because they value their customers and you know it by their actions. Jeff Wyler is the only place in town to consider buying a car. The selection is outstanding... they salesmen know the cars and are not at all high pressure. I felt like no matter what my decision would have been they did not make me feel like their time was wasted. I would recommend to all my family and friends to go visit and see the great deals.

I was in the market for a previously owned mini-van. As I've worked with Tony Quinones before, I contacted him to help me. Tony is the most honest and helpful car salesman I've ever dealt with before. I never feel pressured working with Tony. His goal is to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Having Tony help me was a no-brainer. He found me a Toyota Sienna trade-in in mint condition. After he was sure the van passed the certification process, which it did with flying colors, he contacted me about it. I drove into the dealership a one vehicle owner. I left the dealership a two vehicle owner. As the dealership was approved by the Wright-Patt Credit Union for processing their paperwork, I did not even have to leave the dealership for processing the loan. Melissa was very helpful with this process. I will be a repeat customer of Tony's as I hear many people are!

Great experience. Doug was very friendly and helpful. He showed us several cars and helped with comparisons. He set us up for test drives that were useful and fun. Doug worked with us on the price and explained every part of the process thoroughly. All in all a very successful shopping experience. In fact, I intend to return and buy another Hyundai in the next few months.

I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with "Sunny" and Ron Racine because they made my first experience in buying a car both easy and fun. I looked at the 2009 Corolla in both St. Louis and in Springfield, but the price I received in Springfield was better, plus Jeff Wyler Toyota made purchasing the new car much less complicated for me.

Usually car salespeople hold the stigma of being untrustworthy and cunning, but Sunny was both direct and honest. I never thought that he was trying to take advantage of me, only offer me the right car for me at a price I could afford.

I don't expect to buy a new car any time soon (hopefully!), but I would highly recommend going to this dealership for anyone looking for a new Toyota!
