J.C. gave us all the time we needed to comfortably decide and buy our new Camaro. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. His past experiences enable him to give insight into the car that a normal salesman would not have. I trust him because what he says can be backed up. He gives you the information that is critical to understand in buying a car. I will definitely buy from J.C. again. We appreciate someone helping us when we are making such a significant investment.

DALE EGGENSCHWILLER GREETED US AT THE DOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED AT JEFF WYLER AND HELPED US THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING OUR NEW HYUNDAI SantaFe. HE STAYED AFTER CLOSING TO TAKE OUR INFORMATION, AND HE WORKED WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO GET US THE BEST INTEREST RATE. DALE KNEW THAT ARRIVING AT THE DEALERSHIP DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS TO CLOSE ON OUR NEW HYUNDAI WOULD DELAY OUR DELIVERY SO HE OFFERED TO DELIVER OUR NEW HYUNDAI TO OUR HOME. HE BROUGHT ALL OF THE PAPERWORK AND IN LESS THAN AN HOUR EXPLAINED THE INFORMATION AND COMPLETED SIGNING OF THE PAPERWORK FOR THE LOAN. EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY AND WE THANK DALE FOR HIS HELP.

I usually dread the whole car buying experience. This time I was pleasantly surprised. Ken Berry was excellent in everything from the test drive to me driving
away in my new Corolla. I felt like family, and that maybe I would walk away from this experience , and not feel like I was pressured,and taken advantage of. I would buy another car from this dealership.

OUR TOTAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WAS GREAT. THE SALESMAN, DALE EGGENSCHWILLER, MADE US FEEL AT HOME AS SOON AS WE CAME IN. I HAD BEEN IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT EARLIER THAT DAY, AND HE MADE SURE THAT I WAS COMFORTABLE THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THE PRICE WAS GREAT, AND THE WARRANTY IS FANTASTIC. We were made to feel at home as soon as we walked through the door. I had been in an auto accident earlier that morning (that was the reason for my purchase), and Dale made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process. He took the time to explain everything to us, and made sure we understood everything before we left the dealership. The price of the car great, and the warranty is fantastic. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car be it friends or family.

This sale began as an internet search for a good price, and ended with the sale of a new Sonata. Beth responded with a phone call and then with two video clips of vehicles that met my paramters. Their price was considerably lower than any other dealer that responded, and Beth was absolutely great to work with. For me to buy a vehicle here meant a 2 hour drive from home, that's how good everything about this transaction was. A local dealer told me that the price quoted was "almost too good to be true" and that if anything turned out funny to come back to him. Nothing was funny, no hidden charges, no hard pressure, no push to upsell on stuff that I didn't want, no bait and switch, no games. The same offer was available for any of the Sonatas that I wanted to look at on the lot. I was treated the way that a customer should be treated.

I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, and would specifically recommend that they drop Beth an email or a call (badair@wyler.com). I couldn't be happier with the way this transaction went.

Everyone was great. Answered all questions promptly and satisfactory. If they weren't sure about something they got the answer quickly.
We've never bought a brand new vehicle the people at Jeff Wyler made it go very smooth
Even after the sale they have been attentive and concerned about our needs. They have made sure we were able to keep out car clean by offering the free car wash service which we have used and think its great.
