My Review of Jenkins Hyundai of Bradenton:
I needed some work done on my Sonata and spoke with Alex a couple weeks back and scheduled an appointment as he suggested. He and his team were very professional knowledgeable and courteous. He understood my concerns and addressed them beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with the consult, timeliness and the overall experience. He deserves much credit for doing an excellent job in a position I would think can be difficult at times. Thank You.

My Review of Jenkins Hyundai of Bradenton:
Adam was on time for our appointment, respected my time frame, and had the car I chose (Elantra) ready to go. When the Elantra did not meet my requirements and I turned the car aound to return to the dealership, Adam very professionally began to talk about other cars available. At no time did Adam use the hard sell approach, which I define as high pressure tactics along with lies about the situation. I would not have tolerated this approach. On the contrary, Adam was very professional, honest and straightforward throughout the sales experience. I selected the Sonata, and have been very pleased with my new car. I would absolutely recommend Adam Jurczyk and the Jenkins Hyundai dealership in Bradenton, and I have already done so.

My Review of Jenkins Hyundai of Bradenton:
VERY UNHAPPY.They recently led us on AND LIED TO US. Later found out they did the same thing to my son and daughter-in-law. We went there to get an issue fixed on our 2008 Hyundai (I'm embarrassed it says Jenkins on it NOW). While waiting we explained we had OLD bad credit that is hanging onto us and our car pmt is very high because it's a bad credit loan but that we needed a 2nd car and planned to go to a buy here/pay here place - we didn't ask to see any new cars, knowing we CAN'T AFFORD ANOTHER HIGH INTEREST LOAN. They said "OH DON'T DO THAT - WE CAN BE CREATIVE AND GET YOU A 2ND CAR THAT YOU CAN AFFORD" - we told them we could NOT AT ALL pay over a certain amount per month and they said "oh we can do it - don't go to that other place" - we'll buy your car back, re-sell it to you, lower the interest rate, get rebates on the 2nd car, blah blah and we'll get you a payment you can afford. THIS WENT ON FOR TWO WEEKS!!!!! MY HUSBAND MISSED 3 HOURS OF WORK AND FINALLY, AFTER THE TWO WEEKS, the finance guy said "oh well, I'm sure you can afford....." which was $160 a month MORE than we told them we could pay. We said NO WE CAN'T - he said "well, we can't do the numbers" - THEY PROMISED THEY COULD - DRAGGED ON FOR TWO WEEKS, many times not getting returned phone calls......THEY LIED TO US and we could have had our 2nd car by now from someplace else - we NEEDED it this week. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. PLUS, THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING - AND I WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN I COULD NOT AFFORD - ISN'T THAT HOW THE HOUSING CRISIS STARTED??????? OMG - THIS PLACE WILL ONLY MAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH AND YOU'LL NEED A SEDATIVE WHEN YOU ARE DONE!!!! I emailed them and TOLD THEM THEY CAN PAY ALL THEY WANT TO ADVERTISE BUT I'M GOING TO DO ALL OF MY "UN-ADVERTISING" FOR THEM FOR FREE!!!!!!!!! It's just starting. My husband and I work at a large place with a lot of local people 1st and 2nd shifts and they will ALL hear about our experience. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy....don't go there!!!!!!!!

My Review of Jenkins Hyundai of Bradenton:
Outstanding sales guy...he knew the answer to every questoin I could come up with... and he never made me feel stupid about it! I ended up getting a Tiburon and I love it! The car is amazing and it handles like crazy. Raymond took his time with me as this was my first buying experience by myself. He told me exactly what to expect and then stuck to it. Each step was simple and he showed me why Hyundai is coming up the ranks! Thank you Raymond for a great buying experience!
