My Review of Jennings Anderson Ford:
I would NEVER recommend this dealership. When I took my vehicle in I was promised by Will Bray that it would be completed by 2:00 that afternoon. I took my vehicle in the moment they opened and didn't receive a call until 3:00 that afternoon saying it had just barely been looked at. That I would have to leave it overnight and get it the next afternoon. I told him I didn't appreciate him making promises that he couldn't keep. To please just be straight forward and honest with anything from that point forward just so that I could make the proper arrangements. He proceeded to tell me that he was doing ME a favor by servicing my truck and that I should consider myself lucky that they would even service my vehicle. He then continued to lecture me on how great of a person he was and how horrible of a person I was. Let me just remind you that my truck was fairly new, had no prior problems, and apparently the problem on the truck was something that several of the same model had had. The company I work for has bought 16 trucks there in the past 2 years and this is how I was treated. I ended up having to go through the service manager, Jeff Asher, just to get a straight forward answer. I told them since they had waited too late in the day, I would have to pick it up and bring it back the next day since I live 45 miles from where I work and the rental place was already closed. Will then proceeded to tell me that it was my own fault and that I should have made the arrangements sooner and that I wasn't "allowed" to pick my truck up. Then, he tried to tell me that if I picked it up, it would take then 2 extra days to work on it. At this point, I was beyond furious because he continually told me LIES. Finally, my vehicle was assigned to Rebecca Smith who was the best service person I've ever dealt with. She got the whole thing straightened out and handled quickly and gave me information that was true and correct, unlike Will.
Unfortunately, 6 weeks later, I've had to take my truck back to them because the parts that they "fixed" are now broken again. I tried taking it to a different repair shop, but they said it was done incorrectly the first time and that I would have to take it back to JA Ford. Now, to correct the problem they created in the first place, they have to have my truck for several days. I'm sorry, but to me, customer service is lacking SEVERELY. Also, after Jeff Asher looked at the invoice that Will tried to charge me, he immediately said Will had done it wrong and the parts were drastically over priced. Just so happened that when I went back to pay, the price was $500 LESS than the first one he had shown me.
My suggestion, DO NOT go here. If you absolutely have to, go with Rebecca. Will will lie to you and over charge you since he works on commission. Take it to Belden's Automotive just down the street. They looked, evaluated, and called the warranty people on my truck within 45 minutes. MUCH MUCH MUCH better.
