My wife and I recently bought a Passat TDI SEL from Jennings Volkswagen. Mike Fezatte was our salesperson and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman Amir was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all details of the Volkswagen CC Lux we purchased from Jennings. It was a very pleasureable experience for us since he made us feel welcome but without any high pressured salesmanship. This is one of the easiest car buying experiences I have experienced over the years. I had submitted a request and received information, and after several emails back and forth, they matched what I was l looking for. They were very professional when I arrived at the dealership and Keith was such a professional. He displayed an honesty that I have never e perform experienced in the auto business. He was not pushy and made see that I was happy with the vehicle, and went out of his way to explain everything. Being 81 years old, I am glad that I had such an experience, and hopefully will get to enjoy another lease from Keith in the future.

I went into the dealership looking for a new car however I wasn't certain of which one I wanted. Mike helped me decide on a 2013 Jetta, and I absolutely adore it! He was extremely helpful and informative without being overly persistent. Mike's a great guy and I would definitely refer anyone I knew to Jennings.

We bought a VW Passat yesterday at Jennings Volkswagen in Glenview, IL. We never knew that buying a car can be a fun experience. We tried a Golf, Golf GTI, Jetta and Passat. We tried different cars and models for about 2-3 hours. Nathan Solt was the person who help us. He enjoyed helping us, he enjoyed showing us what each car has to offer. Nate is very knowledgeable, funny, and all in all a great person.
It is uplifting to see a young person so full of enthusiasm for his job. For all of you who read Marshall Goldsmith's "Mojo: How to get it..." I can say that Nathan Solt has a lot of mojo. I hope he'll never lose it!
We strongly recommend Nate Solt , Erin Hickey (internet manager) and Paula Ciolino (business manager) who all conspired to make our experience great.

Amir was extremely knowledgeable of not only volkswagen vehicles, but the car industry in general. It took us a few weeks to decide on the car and Jennings was accommodating and fair. Ken and Amir were very pleasant to work with.

I came to Jennings to purchase a new Golf TDI. Every step of the process was handled professionally, politely, and respectfully. My first contact was with Erin Hickey-she's the Internet Manager. I sent a note saying what I was looking for in the car and when I would be purchasing one. She wrote back asking a couple of other questions and after I answered them, she provided me with a great price. Not once did she bug me during the time frame I gave for my purchase. When the time came to buy the car, I contacted her and she directed me to Arek Aneszko.

If you happen to walk in to Jennings cold, please ask for Arek. You will find a dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate sales person. He is very detail orientated and takes the time to explain the 'big picture' and the little details of the process of the car purchase. Additionally, his knowledge on diesel engines as well as the Golf really helped bring together my decision to buy the car. I was real fortunate Erin had Arek guide me through the process and I can only assure you that if you go to Jennings, Arek will serve you well.

Lastly, I'd like to comment on my experience with finance and in particular Paula Ciolino. She could not have been more professional and patient in guiding me through the whole finance process. I was treated respectfully throughout the whole process.

I absolutely hit a home run by purchasing a car at Jennings VW. Erin, Arek, and Paula assited and guided me through an immensely rewarding experience.
