My Review of Jennings Volkswagen:
Right off the bat, Jennings VW was different than the other dealerships that I had visited in the 2 weeks prior to Jennings. The rep I spoke to, Rich, was much more polite, less pushy, and actually listened to what I was looking for in a new car. Even after taking nearly 4 hours to come to a decision on my purchase, the rep remained polite and patient. The superb customer service enhanced my overall experience in the dealership, and although I would have liked to find a car with a lower price tag, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My Review of Jennings Volkswagen:
I have been a VW loyalist for 12 years. I went to several other dealerships and came back to Jennings due their level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ken (Sales Manager) and Don (Greatest Car Matcher) were excellent in helping me determine the car, the package, the price and trade in value. I highly recommend Jennings VW over any other dealership and will continue to purchase my future VWs from the guys and gals at Jennings. Thank you Jennings for making car buying an easy and fun experience.

My Review of Jennings Volkswagen:
I went to Jennings VW to start my search for a used car. I found quickly that I did not need to make any more stops, as the service and selection were excellent! Eric was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me out with every aspect of my purchase. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient. I did not feel pressured or rushed by him at any point, which is what my experience has been at other dealers in the past. You can tell he truly loves his job and wants his customers to be completely satisfied. I was more then impressed with the entire process. Also, Paula in finance was great. She explained all the financing and paperwork clearly so that I could understand each document. I felt completely at ease. Jennings is lucky to have Eric and Paula as employees, since both exceed at what they do! Everything went so smoothly and I left feeling like I got a great car for a great price. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Jennings VW and to Eric. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I recently purchased a new car at Jennings Volkswagen. Car shopping and dealing with the sales process is not one of my favorite activities, but I found my experience at Jennings to be a good one. I had specific needs in a vehicle due to my work, and my salesman, Rich Bertsche, was a good listener. He answered all of my questions in a straightforward way, and offered helpful advice when needed. I felt that Rich and the rest of the staff valued my business, and wanted to be sure I was happy with my vehicle. I am comfortable that they will stand behind their product. They were able to structure a financial package that met my needs. And Rich even went out of his way to drive to my home to return an item that was left in the car I traded in. I have no qualms about recommending Rich, and Jennings Volkswagen, to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

My Review of Jennings Volkswagen:
I bought 2012 Golf 4Dr with Convenient PKG from Jennings VW last weekend. All staffs were kind, but I dealt with Don Reilly who was the best car sales person I've met so far. Price would be somewhat expensive than other dealer such as Autobarn Mt. Prospect, FLetcher Jones, etc. However, I was fascinated with his graciousness and sincerity for the business.

Buying a new car would be one of the most exciting experience and the processing has to be comfortable. Jennings VW and Don Reilly never pushed me to take the car, and never said "What can I do for you?" kind of things....

If you want to buy VW, then should go Jennings and look Don Reilly.

My Review of Jennings Volkswagen:
Richard Bertsche was very courteous, informative and helpful in making arrangement for a successful purchase.

It was good to work with him in my purchase of a used late model 2008 EOS.
The final sales price was very reasonable, and I really love the car. It is a blast to drive it. I am sure I will drive this car for many a years.

My previous car was also purchased at Jennings, a sporty 1991 "ragtop" Mercury Capri (made in Australia), which was fun to drive. I drove it, I believe it was eight years.

Jerry Perberg knows his product and listens well, so he is able to close a deal without being pushy. The dealership does not bait you with a price and then try to pad it with extras that you would think are already included. saw used Audi on internet and stopped by to check it out ..Eric was new car sales but helped with everything..tracked down car from service..even got it washed before we drove and made entire buying process go smoothly. Paula in finance was very efficient and friendly..good experience with no real buying pressure.

My experience at Jennings VW was exceptional. The dealership was inviting and had a very professional appearance. I was very pleased with my sales person (Dan Hogxaj), his knowledge base and his inviting personality. I would recommend Jennings VW to other people based on their fair pricing, willingness to make a deal work and overall positive attitude to car purchasing. They made a sometimes aggravating process very easy and enjoyable.
