My Review of Jensen Kissner Motors:
I'd give negative stars, if that were possible. I bought a van there 2 months ago and was told it was in Excellent condition. He'd had his mechanic check it out from top to bottom, had replaced the battery, the spark plugs, etc. The van worked for just under a week after buying it from them. When I called to see what my options were, I was lied to over and over again. "We'll fix it for free at a mechanic in your area" and "We'll trade it for another vehicle on the lot" were the lies I was told numerous times. I set up an appointment for an estimate with my local repair shop and was quoted an amount to do the estimate. I relayed this information to Steve Kissner, our salesman, and was told he wasn't going to pay. I then made an appointment with Steve Kissner to trade the vehicle for another minivan of equal value on his lot. He had taken a personal day the day of our appointment. We've officially been dicked around by them for over a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM JENSEN-KISSNER!
