Jesse was very professional and had a great attitude. he was not only concerned about selling the car but wanted to make sure that i liked and enjoyed what he was selling to me. He made sure my needs were catered for, tried as much as possible to get me the car with the lowest mileage for the best price, also made sure i got a the best trade price for my car. His honesty and spirit was also amicable. He called to Follow up after i bought the car.

I purchased a Grand Vitara for my business vehicle. I received a great price and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Everything was straightforward and went smoothly. I recently purchased a 2007 used Chevrolet Avalanche from Jeremy Franklin Suzuki. I worked with Joshua Espinosa when finalizing my decision to buy my vehicle. He was very honest, friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. Joshua welcomed and respected my questions and was very patient in the process. Everyone else in the dealership seemed to posess the same qualities. I've purchased many vehicles from various dealerships in my life and many times my experiences were horrible. Jeremy Franklin is definately an outstanding dealership demonstating excellent customer service! I will definatley recommend and conduct future business with Jeremy Franklin.

I went in looking for a reliable car, knew I didn't have very good credit. Joshua and I looked a few vehicles, took some for a test drive. We went over a few numbers and with very little money down and low monthly payments I was able to drive away with an 05 Ford Taurus.

My Review of Jeremy Franklin Suzuki of Kansas City:
Went in to change from driving a Mazdaspeed 3 to a Suzuki SX4 Crossover because I decided that this type of vehicle better fits my lifestyle. Dealer seemed willing to work towards meeting the criteria I had set to decide whether or not I could justify this trade-in / new car purchase.

It's only been my first day with the car but I am pretty sure that after a few climbing and camping trips I won't regret it.

I was looking for a new car that would be safe and reliable for me to take to college. I had heard nothing but good things about Jeremy Franklin's Suzuki so I thought I would take a look there. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted but Josh Espinosa and he walked me through the dealership and really took his time going over each vehicle. I ended up purchased a used Honde Accord and he was completely right, it was the perfect car for me and suited my needs perfectly. I would most definately recommend Josh to everyone, his service was excellent!

Buying a used car can be a hassle for some people that do not do their own research ahead of time. i made sure I Knew what I wanted as well as what I was willing to pay. After searching auto-trader for days looking for what I wanted I came across the Nissan. It was to a surprise a little less than what I was willing to pay. I called to confirm the car was actually there and that was the price. Joshua Espinosa did a great job answering all my questions over the phone and didn't seem shady. I went to the dealership the next day and purchased the car. Process went smooth and quick just like it should. Great place to buy a vehicle!

My Review of Jeremy Franklin Suzuki of Kansas City:
We made an appt with Jesse on Friday night to see a specific vehicle we saw online. That Saturday we had a few vehicles to look at and Jeremy Franklin was our first stop. We were not so impressed with the vehicle. It was fine, but we really didnt want a minivan,. We wanted the room and ability to transport people and things, but we were not impressed with the minivan. We explained what we needed and later that day when we where stuck at another dealership waiting, Jesse called to tell us about the Suzuki xl7 crossover vehicles that had in stock- he said they had the seating like a minivan but the car was more like a SUV. We went to see the vehicle and had to get it. The car was great and the price was right not to mention the miles and warranty. We knew nothing about Suzuki XL7 and didnt know anybody that had one. Jesse did a good and thorough job explaining and selling the vehicle. We made a good deal and drove the 2008 Suzuki XL7 home that night. Jesse was a very good salesman.
Thanks Jesse. We will be back when we are ready to buy another car.


We dont have the greatest credit but they were still able to get a lower interest rate and payment. Thanks to Chris.
