My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Leased a new truck from Broadway Dodge. The terms changed in their favor between the time we spoke to them on the phone and when we arrived. The terms changed in their favor again between the time we took the truck for a test drive and the contract was written up. The finance department distracted us with small details when they had made larger changes for their benefit that we wouldn't have expected them to make so signed the bad contract and was stuck with the terms. When we disputed items they waved the contract in our face like a children saying we signed it, tough luck.

Get everything in writing before you waste your time going there. Do not expect what they speak to you about to be what they present to you in writing. Read and reread everything before you sign anything.

Best advice... save yourself the stress and headaches that we and all the others have experienced and stay away from Broadway Dodge.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
We purchased our new truck on 9/7/09. Finance told us not to worry about making the truck payment for our trade in since it wasn't due until later in the month. They further told us our trade in would be paid off within 7 days. It is now 9/26/09 and the truck still have not been paid off. Now we are showing late on payment status. Tyler never bothered to contact us about any issue. When the truck was not paid off by the 23rd we called him. Surprisingly he had our paper work on our desk and was going to call us. Dogdge made a mistake on the payoff and he needed us to pay an additional $276 to make up the difference. We did this immediately even though our contract was signed which included the agreed upon finances. Later that day he claimed the check was sent out on the 22nd and wasn't actually on his desk. Bottom line, dealers have 10 days to pay off trade ins and we are now at 19 days and it is ruining our credit. Tyler Cassidy appears to not know what he is doing or he is not organized.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
I brought in my trade of a silverado and a motorcycle at the begining of August looking to trade them in to get into another truck plus cash back. The salesman showed me a couple trucks before we came to a 2005 dodge ram 2500 cummins. The truck looked ok, I was told it had been through the shop and "certified" I took it for a very short test drive before we had to get it back to the dealership... The deal worked out, I got the truck and $3500 cash back. The day after I noticed a large leak under the radiator so I called and informed them immidiatly however I couldn't get back there for another 5 day's. When I brought it back into the shop looked at the leak, pointed out that I had a leak coming from somewhere in my transmission cooler line's but woudn't fix it. I ended up figuring out how to fix it myself for about $200 when the very next week the serpentine tensioner locked up and broke the serpentine belt then locked up the alternator. Another $300 out of pocket. Another week goes by when my truck quits driving forward... the forward gears in the transmission had melted. Upon exam of the shop I took it to, it had been over heating because of the transmission leak I'd been having and because the automatic shifter was so loose and sloppy it wasn't staying locked in a gear (The shifter was like that when I bought it) The lift pump was on it's last leg of survival and there was a small hole in the exhaust manifold where an aftermarket chip had it's thermometer implaced. I contacted the salesman on several occasions and got the answer "bring it on in here and we'll see what kind of deal we can work out." Ok, So I figure I should be entitled to some re-embursemt or they should just buy the truck back. If it had gone through the shop and passed then how many other unsafe vehicles are out there from broadway dodge?

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
I retuned a 1998 Chevy Cavalier to the dealership on April 23, 2009 and it was accepted back by the dealership. The next day it was delivered to my house. I do not have the title and I will NOT drive the 1998 Chevy Cavalier because it is UNSAFE. As well as I encountered sexual harasment

This is a complaint and dispute against Broadway Dodge – 5600 S Broadway, Littleton, CO 80121 – (303) 794-4205

April 23, 2009, I went to Broadway Dodge and met with Gary Tucker. We looked at many cars. I let Gary Know I did not want to spend any more than $3,000.00. Gary had me test drive car after car then told me after each one that it was not in my price range. There was one car that was in my price range, 1998 Chevy Cavalier. I was so exhausted with looking at cars and felt pressured to work with this vehicle. The used car manager came up to me and Gary and told me that he personally checked this car and assured me there were no oil leaks. Gary Tucker started the paperwork and running the numbers. I asked Gary if I could take the 1998 Chevy Cavalier to the mechanic to check it out. He said no that I would not be able to do that and the Internet Sales Manger Gary Ulrich came to me and dropped the price from $3,000.00 to $2,600.00. Gary Ulrich told me to take the deal or he could get fired and it is hard for someone his age to get a job. I signed the paperwork.
I drove the car off the lot and came right back because the car started making a funny noise and was omitting a bad smell. Gary Tucker had left for the day so I went to Gary Ulrich the Internet Sales Manager. I let Gary know that this car was not safe for me, a single mom with 2 small kids. I informed Gary Ulrich about all the problems and that I wanted to give the car back. Gary Ulrich took the key and paperwork and told me that he would take care of this and not to worry, he took the car back. I got home and realized I did not get my check back from Gary and the dealership was closed. I called Gary in the morning to get the check back; he would not take any of my calls so I took the money out of my account to make sure they did not cash it since the car was returned.

April 24, 2009, in the evening I got home from dinner with my children and the 1998 Chevy Cavalier was parked in front of my house with the car key in the door. I immediately called Gary Ulrich to find out what was going on; once again he would not take or return my calls. I asked my sister boyfriend (Robert Brasure) to follow me up to the dealership to once again drop the 1998 Chevy Cavalier back to them and find out what was going on since I returned the 1998 Chevy Cavalier the previous day. When Robert and I pulled up I was greeted by Zach Itehad. He asked me what was going on. He had seen the 1998 Chevy Cavalier back on the lot the day before. I told him the details of the events. Zach told me and Robert to sit in the waiting room and he would be back. Zack tried to pull me in the kids play room by myself, Robert and I both insisted that Robert stayed with me. Zack Itehad told me that he was so sorry but the car was mine and I had to take it. Robert told Zach that he believed I was taken advantage of because I was a woman, Zach stated “I am sure you are right but she is over 18” Zach told me my next step would be to call the GM Alex Hamroun because there was no one at the dealership that could help me. I let Zack know I was keeping the 1998 Chevy Cavalier at the dealership because, I retuned it and it was not safe to drive. Robert went to move the 1998 Chevy Cavalier to a spot that Zach requested. Zach took me back to the waiting room and told me “If you take care of me I will make this all better, here is my card, call me on my cell phone.” I did not respond, I walked back to the front to leave with Robert. Zach then went on to say “Your ex-husband is a bastard, how could he ever leave a body like yours”. Robert and I got in Roberts car and left.

April 25, 2009, I called to talk to Alex Hamroun but he was not working this day. I asked the receptionist if I could talk to the owner, she said she could only take a message. I never got a return call.

April 27, 2009, I called the dealership to talk to Alex Hamroun, I was connected to Alex but he told me he was too busy and would call me back. When Alex called me back he would not let me even talk. He went on and on that the car in mine and it did not matter that Gary Ulrich took the car back because Alex is the only one that could make the decision. I asked Alex if I could talk to the owner, Alex told me I would have to call back and ask the receptionist. I did call back and talked to the receptionist, once again she took a message but I never got a call back from the owner.

May 1, 2009, I called Alex Hamroun and asked him if I could come in for a face to face meeting. I went back down to Broadway Dodge with my mom and kids to meet with Alex. This entire visit to the dealership was r

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
If you determined to go to Broadway Dodge even after seeing all these terrible reviews please make sure you read and reread your contract in detail before signing. They changed the terms of the deal on us from between the time of our verbal negotiations and the contract write-up and glossed over and distracted us from these areas during the signing. Shame on us for not expecting them to present identical terms at signing. We ended up with a bad deal. You can totally prevent this from happening to you by not setting foot on their property.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
This dealership will lie and mislead you. Just check out their complaint report on the Better Business Bureau website they have 28 complaints in the last 36 months, that alone should tell you how they run their business. I wish I had checked them out before I had bought my vehicle from them. The dealership added options to the selling price without my knowledge or consent and when I asked them about it they lied and told me there was no charge, they also mislead me into believing that I was getting the vehicle for a lower cost than the listed price. The general manager Chris Staton is very unprofessional and unethical. Do not buy from this dealership.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Went to buy a new truck. Advertisement was for 14k off on ANY new Dodge 1500. Had already driven such truck at another dealership. Liked the truck I drove and color was what I wanted. Went in to sign the deal and everything was fine. Very friendly cause I am sure they know they are gonna screw you over. In an out very quick. The problems started when I got home and was filing my paperwork. I only got 9k off for the truck. Well guess what I should have read over the financials before signing. Yeah I understand that. You would think if you trust someone with that then they should be honest.

Now my other problem is as I was reading the owners manual a change sorter was missing from my truck. You put the coins in and keeps them tucked in. I have contacted the dealership 3 times now with nothing accomplished. This small piece can't be more than 20 dollars. I have received no call from them.

Yeah I should have read over my signing the contract. I am willing to live with that. But damn I can't even get a change sorter from them on a 29k deal. You figure it out. Deceptive.....oh yeah. Don't care about the customer....over a change sorter?....Its ridiculous. If they were reputable they would fix both problems.

Apparently they don't care about the customer. I will be watching them like a hawk over warranty and oil changes that I signed up for. Hopefully there service department isn't as bad?!?!
