My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Do not buy from this dealer unless you want to be cheated, lied to, scammed and spoke to sarcastically. I’ve been dealing with these people since January over a clear bra that I paid for and never got. The old lady at the front desk is the most sarcastic, annoying person I have ever dealt with in my entire life and Kit, the finance manager is the grouchiest old lady ever who acts like you are bothering her even when we were signing papers in her office. I had to go back to the dealer five times to resign paperwork because Kit could not get it right. If it weren’t for the love of the truck I bought, I would never have gone back.
But like I said earlier, I want a refund on the clear bra I bought and never got. Its been five months now and the truck already has chips in the areas that the clear bra is supposed to protect. What is the use of it now? They refuse a refund so we will be going to court. And every time I try to work this out the old lady at the front desk has comments like “oh, you didn’t get your clear bra? My heart is just bleeding”. They act like I am a problem that is just going to go away. I have already complained to the Dealer Licensing Board and the BBB and will continue to complain to every source I can possibly find until this gets resolved. Any suggestions let me know

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
We had a good experience at Broadway Dodge, I called them to see if they had a Dodge Ram 1500 SLT with the options I was looking for and was surprised that there were 8 trucks that they would sell us at the initial price we had discussed. They had us in and out in a little more than 2 and 1/2 hours and are in a huge new building, much better than the run down old one. Thanks Broadway Dodge, I love my new truck. Erik

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Similar to other posts. They bait and switch on the mileage of the lease contract. They quoted us 12,000 miles per year and the contract ended up at 10,500 miles per year. This is a $900 mileage difference that neither the salesman or the general manager were willing to talk about. In fact, neither had the nerve to accept a phone call.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Stay away from this dealer!!! This dealer told us what we wanted to hear to get us to come in and then glossed over contract details to get us to sign and then waived contract in our face when we called them on it. Read on for details.

Sometime prior to Sept 28 I requested a quote on a new truck from Jerry Morris a.k.a. Broadway Dodge in Littleton, CO based on our existing 2004 Dodge truck lease. I emphasized that I was interested in the same type and size of truck and the same lease terms. The salesperson was nice enough to locate the truck from another dealership and we came to a price agreement over the telephone and she noted that the monthly payment would increase from our prior lease agreement and that the length of the lease would increase from 36 to 39 months. I was not told that the mileage would decrease from 15,000 miles/yr to 10,500 miles/yr. Later the sales person admitted to me in person that she also assumed the agreement was for 15,000 miles/yr.

When we began filling out the paperwork on September 28, 2007 we discovered that the downpayment amount was incorrect on the lease agreement. After much debate with the finance person saying that it could not be changed on the lease agreement under any circumstance we grudgingly accepted it and signed the agreement. He did not point out the mileage clause of the contract and later admitted to us in person that he usually always points out the lease term mileage and penalty for excessive mileage and could not explain why he did in this case.

We drove off the lot and while en route to our next stop we looked at the lease agreement and saw for the first time that it was for only 10,500 miles/yr. We called the dealership immediately and told them of the issue. We explained our concern to the manager on duty, and with both the sales person and finance admitting fault, Steve made no apologies and essentially waved the contract in our face saying we signed it and it was our problem and if we wanted more miles allotted than we would need to pay a higher monthly payment. This was unacceptable as we were drawn to that dealership from Elizabeth, CO based on the understanding that the quoted price was for 15,000 miles/yr so we requested our old truck back and again they held fast to the contract signed less than an hour earlier.

Over the course of a month I have left at about ten telephone messages for sales manager to discuss and only received one return phone call which I was unavailable for. I promptly returned that call but have yet to hear back from him again. Since then I have emailed my concerns to him with no response. The general manager told Chrysler that he would call me but never did.

I filled out the customer satisfaction survey sent to me by Dodge on Nov 5th and today I received a harassing voice mail from the sales person saying that we have "trashed" her and included a facetious thank you "for affecting her income for the rest of the year."

Don't waste you time or money at this dealership.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
On 04.13.07 I leased a one ton mega cab 4x4 deisel truck from Braodway Dodge. They misled us in regards to the type of trucks they had in stock (not having the one I was told was there for the price they agreed to for a 3/4 ton mega cab.)They stated that the DOT had towing restricitions on the 3/4 ton and we needed a one ton to be compliant with DOT regs. For the service contract, they said the oil changes were `$130 when in reality they offer them for under $70. They said there would be $10k off the price of the truck and when I was home, I realized that they did not figure it in on the final contract, unlike what we had written down on paper. I was told that they only way to have a payment this low was to do a six year lease. After a week of unanswered phone calls, we met with the GM who said that after he got the paperwork back from the bank, we would be released from our contract. we were relieved. Afterwards, over 20 calls were made, with them only calling us back 3 or 4 times over a one week period. The dealership previously said they were having problems with the loan because Chrysler's computer's were down. We called Chrysler. They stated that their computers had not been down & they have nothing to do with the loan. First they said they were waiting on the bank, then it was they couldn't get through to the bank, then it was they did not hear back from the bank. We called the bank. They said it was easy for the dealership to reverse the loan and there was only a $250 fee. It was quite simple. After several different calls to the bank, they said there was no record of the dealership calling on my account. They offered for the dealership to call a specific person and he would make sure that this was taken care of. The loan was processed on Monday, but the bank said it was still not problematic for the dealership. Nonetheless, the dealership said they would not cancel the contract. Chris S. said he would $10k off the truck and we could refigure the payment. Then he said he couldn't, only with quad cabs. On 4/27 we went in stating the we would take a quad cab. If we took the quad cab, they said we would take a $8k hit from depreciation and the $10k discount would not do any good. This all occurred after several (over 20)phone calls and three visits there. We were constantly put off and calls were not returned. We were desperate to get this fixed as there was no way for us to make that payment for 6 years. We finally did a 27 mon. lease . This is not what we wanted but we did not feel we had a choice. I understand that signing the lease bound me to the contract. I am accountable for that decision. For two weeks, though, we were led in the wrong direction. We were misled in regards to getting our money back or getting $10k off for the construction sale. They misled me in regard to specific trucks they had in stock for the price I wanted, the other vehicles they had available, the DOT regulations, the price of the oil change for the service agreement, offering the $10,000 and not giving it to us initially, the lack of courtesy in responding to our calls and hanging up on my wife, the misleading promises about us being able to return the vehicle, the untruthfulness about the bank as well as Chrysler, again offering to take the $10,000 off and later reneging on that, and then offering $10,000 off a quad cab.

This was a nightmare experience for us.

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Salesman and manager took advantage of me a woman by starting the asking price higher then the advertized price and making me think I got a good deal!!! I found out right after buying that my car was listed on the internet for lower then I paid. They started the asking price thousands higher then the advertized price.I thought I talked them down to a good price only to see my very car listed for less then I paid. I called and asked for resolution and was told to F off. Horrible treatment Horrible service. Please do yourself a favor and buy from anybody else. From the reviews it is obvious that this company is out to scam its customers!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

My Review of Jerry Morris Broadway Dodge:
Brand new truck in for recall and warranty work on 3 different occasions. Dirty, unprofessional and VERY slow service department always requires you to leave truck for 1/2 to full day for any work to be done. Can't even get an oil change without leaving truck. Was left sitting in waiting room for 2 hours and was not told that technician didn't show up yet. When I enquired on work progress, the technician was just showing up and smelled of alcohol from night before. Truck leather comes back stained with oil and grease each time I visit. Called for owner and was told I would get call back but have never heard from him. Would never buy here or get service here again. <br>Would recommend any other Dodge dealership in Denver over this one. Whatever you save on the purchase price isn't worth the hassle of dealing with their service department. I have emailed Dodge Customer Service several times regarding my concerns and have had no response from them either. 25 years of owning Dodge trucks might be coming to an end.
