My Review of Jerry Ulm Dodge:
I took my 2006 Dodge truck in for service while still under warranty with 14000 miles on it. I had a noise in my air conditioning and the service rep even sat in the car and listened to it. He told me that it was no problem, they would fix it.
I rented a car for three days because the car was not ready after one day in the shop. When I finally picked it up and drove off, the noise was still there and he indicated on the bill they found another problem and they fixed that in addition to the initial complaint.
I called them back and told them they did not fix the problem I brought it in for. I took the truck a second time and they wanted me to pay to fix the problem. I took my truck and will never go to that dealer again. Horrible service and the manager did not know what he was talking about and certainly didn't show any concern whatsoever on customer service. I asked the manager why he wouldn't help me and he told me that, since I didn't buy the car from them, he couldn't help me.
I sold the truck and lost a lot of money and I will never buy any more Dodges because I don't want to deal with this dealership ever again. I bought a Japanese car and now, when I go to the Dealer there they treat me like a queen. This dealership is killing the American car brands and destroying our American cars because they are not educated and do not know how to talk.
