MY EXPERIENCE WITH JERRYS WAS AWESOME. MY TIME WAS WELL SPENT...IT WAS A SPEEDY PROCESS. CAME IN FOR THE FOCUS BECAUSE I WANTED A GOOD DEAL, BUT AFTER SEEING THE EDGE I WAS WORRIED THAT I WOULDN'T BEABLE TO AFFORD IT. AFTER WORKING WITH THE MANAGER THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL! I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. MOST DEALERSHIPS YOU GO TO DONT WORRY TO MUCH ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU BUY... BUT I RECEIVED MANY CALL FROM EVERYONE INVOLVED ASKING HOW I AM DOING AND THANKING ME FOR MY BUSINESS. MY FAMILY LOVES MY CAR AND I WOULD DEFF RECOMMEND JERRYS TO ALL OF THEM. AFTER HAVING SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT!

My Review of Jerry's Ford:
I came in to look at the Bullitt Mustang. Many other dealers told me I had to pay their mark up. Jerry's Internet said they had several and my family has bought from them for many years.

After a short test drive I thought," here it comes..." but to my surprise the salesperson started at sticker and then gave me $500.00 off!

Needless to say I bought it and now am the only one in town with a new 2008 Bullitt Mustang! I sent a friend of mine down there and they bought an Edge and said they got a great deal too.

ADVICE: Shop them on the internet first.

My Review of Jerry's Ford:
I took my F-150 in for service, which I had an Appointment for at 7:30 AM. I was first in line. They started service on my truck at 8:30 AM, it was scheduled for an Oil change and Auto Butler. Finally at 10:00 AM I asked the service advisor how much longer it would be, he told me that I was third in line for the auto butler so it could take a half day and my little green card explained this. Well I don't have a little green card and told him I can't wait any longer.

When I went to casher to leave, I was told I owe $ 33.00 for the service, I told them that this is the second time you have tried to charge me for service. I told them I have a prepaid service plan, plus I was promised 2 years of free service.

Absolutely horrible! If you want a dealership to fix things without authorization and to not keep you updated on the repairs then go to Jerry's you will be happy. It really was out of hand, they were suppose to estimate the work on my ford focus, instead tom jackson, one of the serive managers, did the work and then when I said that he shouldn't have he balked, because he knew that he did not have the signature on the work authorization docs. They were horrible to deal with and luckily will never have to go back, please go somewhere else, anywhere....

Much experience with this dealer on sales &amp; service.<br><br>Service is definitely better than sales... sales drops you as soon as they have your money and refuse to follow up... good luck getting your rebate or having your new car delivered in good shape... there's no accountability on anyone's part. Service seems competent and friendly, but car is still new
