My Review of Jim Bradley Pontiac Buick GMC Inc.:
My new vehicle was purchased from this dealership. I was very lucky and had a fantastic experience with my salesman. He was extremely good following through with giving us any and all information we asked for. <br>My downfall has been with there service department. There is a huge difference in the quality of their service area. I have my vehicle serviced every 3000 miles and have all regular checks done. On my last visit I discovered after being about an hour away from home, that I had no oil, no oil cap and the oil change and other services had not been completed. When I returned to Jim Bradley I was NOT <br>reimbursed nor did I get any explanation as to why they charged for a job not done!! On another occation they said they had completed warrantee work only to have my vehicle back there a short time later telling me I needed the same work done again that it had the same problem.<br>If you choose to use this dealerships service department beware do not assume they do the work they charge for or the work that you request be done.

My Review of Jim Bradley Pontiac Buick GMC Inc.:
Overall an okay dealer experience. Leased a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT from them. They tacked on a couple of extras to the deal (it was a GMS (employee plan) lease), but overall not too bad. They located the exact car I wanted (I'm picky about options); it had a little lot rot but was a great car. It went in for one warranty service (cosmetic problem), it took longer than anticipated because their painter missed part of the car - I had to point out the large visible are of primer. The lease car wasn't a total POS, and they fixed my car acceptably in 2 days. <br><br>My only real negative experience wa trying to get my oil changed there. It took much longer than they said (I used quick oil change places from then on) and they didn't reset the oil life monitor! You'd think the PONTIAC DEALER would know how to properly change the oil on a Pontiac, but what do I know.
