Found a car online, negotiated the price with a manager “Brian”. Drove one hour to get there. Test drove the car. Sales person invited us inside “great guy”. The sales person takes me to speak to that manager and I did approach his front desk. Asked me about my credit and more info. Once I showed him everything that I was approved and how I was paying, he tells me aloud that he wouldn’t sell me the car.. I was shocked and felt insulted.. At that point I told my family to leave the place and we drove away. Very unprofessional!! Waste of time!! Not sure how they can have someone working there like that.. More

Went into the dealership to take a test drive and make a deal on a 2024 Trax that was in Transit. I was presented with the numbers and there were 2 items that I was not interested in. Once I advised that I didn't want the options, I was told that I would not be able to place a $500 hold on the vehicle. 1) Tinted Windows for $499 2) Platinum Club $3,500 I was looking at the Trax due to the price, but what the dealership is adding makes the Trax just as expensive as any other car in its class. I feel that $4,ooo in dealer add-ons is ridiculous. More

Do not do business with this dealership! I called on a truck that I was told at 10:30 am was available, only to have them tell me at 5:30 pm that they sold it around 1:30 pm. After that while my car was at the dealership parking somehow my windows were left open and the rain got in, my passenger side window does not go up anymore. When I talk to the manager (Michael) he told me that their parking was like a Walmart parking and they were not responsible of anything it happens there and if I did not have my car out he would toll it out and that I could look for legal advice if I wanted. I got videos, photos and documentation to backup everything I’m stating here. If you value your car, stay away from this car dealer they are very unprofessional the service advisors (Freddy) never answer the phone and their manager is never available. You have been warned. More
