Jim Butler Kia is the best! My husband and I have purchased many cars . . . Mercedes, BMW, etc. and we have to say, this was the nicest experience EVER! From the minute we were greeted at the door to the time we signed on the dotted line, Brandon was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and answered every question with a smile. Justin also was both friendly and very knowledgeable and made the finance experience painless! After the purchase, Brandon very patiently explained the ins and outs, bells and whistles of my new Sorento to me in language I could understand. I love my new Sorento and my husband is very seriously considering buying one, too, from Jim Buter, of course! I highly recommend the Sorento and the Jim Butler dealership. They most definitely exemplify the Golden Rule!!

Andrew did a great job! When I took my new Optima for a test drive, he took the time to go over everything about the car and if I had additional questions, he made sure he answered them. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the car was very good. He also was very accommodating to me to make sure I was comfortable with the car. I was allowed to take the car overnight to make sure my husband and I liked it and would be happy with our purchase. I totally love, love, love my car. It is snow white pearl SXL, tinted windows, chrome sport wheels, light, soft, napa leather interior, panoramic sun roof, heated front and back seats and also cooled front seats. The ride is smooth, great gas mileage and has a great sound system! The other thing that Andrew did was he took the time to introduce me to the service department, parts department, etc. and showed me around so that whenever I had to come in, I would be comfortable with the facility. I would highly recommend Andrew and this dealership.

We purchased a car from salesman Andrew Cohen. We experienced no pressure whatsoever and he was very knowledgeable about the Kia lineup. We ended up with a purchase price that I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking to purchase a Kia. I have been putting off buying a car for quite some time partly because I didn't want to deal with the experience. My experience at Jim Butler has completely changed my feelings. I started with Annie and she was open, honest and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never felt pressured and when I had more questions she answered those. When I went into the dealership and met with Andrew, the experience continued to be a good one. Andrew found the exact car I was looking for, let me take it for a test drive, answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. He let me decide if this is the car I wanted. And I did. Next I met with Justin who explained all the financing at the level of detail I wanted. Lastly, Andrew spent time with me after the sale was over explaining all the features on my new car and said if I had questions after I left, to just give him a call. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to work with.

Andrew Cohen makes what can be a stressful experience actually fun. He will put you in a car you want. I have purchased roughly 30 cars and Andy is the most honest agent I have ever had. I have a Kia dealership closer to me but come to Butler because of Andy.

I cannot even begin to tell you how absolutely wonderful Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield Valley was when I purchased a new 2013 Kia Sportage. Amanda and Annie were the ones who answered my e-mails. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I settled a deal with these two women and went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle.

At the dealership I met with Don who test drove the vehicle with me. Don is very personable and has a true passion for helping you, the customer.

Finally, I worked with the finance manager, Justin. Justin is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. When it comes to finance, to me the most important part of the entire transaction, wouldn't you want someone who is funny, down-to-earth and understanding? Justin is all these things and more.

All of the employees I came in contact with were consummate professionals.

This is my first experience buying a new car. I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield Valley is the way to go!
