My Review of Jim Earp Chrysler:
This dealership is supposed to be one of Chrysler's 5-star rated sites, but I can only give 1 star. I purchased a vehicle new there, and when it came time to do some warranty work, I found their real character. Their shop ignored my vehicle for days longer than estimated (based on my having to call to check on the progress, and always getting an answer of "we're about to do that"). The work itself was shoddy at best. Part of the warranty work was rust repair, and all they did was paint over the rust. Their biggest goal was apparently to talk me into non-warranty work that would make them more money, so just say no! They even tried to add additional items to the bill I had not okayed.
