My Review of Jim Ellis Saab of Atlanta:
I am driving my third "previously owned" Saab, the first purchased at Carmax. I became a Jim Ellis customer with the service contract from Carmax but the following Saabs were purchased from your dealership. Jerry has been our service advisor from the beginning and has been a pleasure to work with. Because he is the contact person, I credit him with our satisfaction with Jim Ellis, but I must add that your entire staff is pleasant, professional and most important, competent. I hope to drive my 20002 Saab for a very long time; it has only 40,000 miles, but when I buy my next Saab, I hope to buy it at Jim Ellis Saab.-- Sincerely yours, Bruce and Maggie Mitchell"

My Review of Jim Ellis Saab of Atlanta:
We purchased a new Saab 9-3 from out of state, sight unseen, which meant that Dick Ivey, our sales rep, and the business manager, Adam Dockery, needed to walk us through more than the usual paperwork and questions, matters that are far easier to address in person. Both of them were extraordinarily helpful, answering dozens of questions by email and phone and keeping us informed about each step of the process from initial inquiry to final delivery. Dick Ivey even emailed us photos of the car with our Massachusetts tags attached so that we could print it out and put the photo on our refrigerator until it arrived today. Everything happened as smoothly as if we were dealing with a dealership in our own town, and the car even arrived several days ahead of when it was promised. We found your dealership, and the car we were interested in, after we had visited four Saab dealerships in the Boston area. None of them had the car with the features we wanted, even after they had quoted us prices and assured us they could find one. I went online to see if any dealership had the car with the features and color we wanted in their inventory, and yours was the closest dealership to Boston with the car in stock. I wasn't hopeful that we could make a long distance purchase work, but Dick Ivey immediately assured us that he could help us. His quote easily beat the quotes we had received from Boston area dealerships, even with the additional costs involved in transporting the car. He easily answered all our questions and so surpassed the level of service we received from dealerships in Boston that we would seriously consider purchasing our next vehicle from Jim Ellis, even though they are a thousand miles from our home. tThe next time I'm in Atlanta, I plan to stop by to thank Dick and Adam in person. We love our new car!"
