My Review of Jim Ellis Saab of Marietta:
Tony was fantastic to deal with for this purchase. I tend to dread the car buying experience, but Tony was straight forward and not pushy. After the sale, I had a few follow-up questions. I anticipated Tony would delegate to have one of his salesmen or a back-office person return my calls. He promptly returned my calls personally with accurate answers to my questions. Still don't love the car buying experience, but Tony will be the first person I call when I'm in the market again. As a little background, I have purchased six vehicles for the family over the last 12 years at multiple dealerships. I'd go back to Tony before any of them.
