My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
I have been shopping for a new Nissan Armada for about four months. My friend had recommended me to Jim M'Lady Nissan but I also know that sometimes it helps to get several price quotes from all the different dealerships. What I found out? Was that had I just taken M'Lady Nissan at their word, I would have saved myself lots of time and energy. After recieving quotes from everyone else in the area, they were the best priced around. And they gave me the best price on the first try.

I am writing this in hopes that other people will save time and energy and for the best price on their new Nissan, visit Mlady nissan.

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
Jim M'lady Nissan is a joke. The sales department misquoted me a price so the son of the owner had to get involved to resolve the issue. The service department messed up my windows when bringing the vehicle to get a routine remote strat put in. The service department is rude on the phone and in person. I had to bring it in again to get my headliner fixed. Still waiting (now 3 weeks) to get the clips to fix it. Found a razor blade between the seat cushion and back rest of the drivers seat which cut my girlfriends finger. Now I am trying to get in touch with the Owner Jim only to find out that he keeps pushing me off to the operations manager.

I was reffered to this Nissan Dealer from company that does business with this dealer a lot. If I am being treated like this how does the average customer get treated.

In short I would never reffer anyone to this dealer ship in fact I have gone out of my way to make sure nobody makes the same mistake that I did.

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord from them. During the financing process they told me that i need to sign a paper stating that the car has ETCH( vehicle etch is used for theft recovery) since they have a high vandalism rate in their area, and there is no charge for it. Next day when i was reviewing my paper work i realized that there was a charge of $200 for this service! now i know you would say that i should have looked at the paper work. Whatever happend to honesy? Anyway, so I call the next day and speak with Amir Ali (GM for the dealership), he tells me thta this is included in all thier cars! Yeah right, since when does it become mandatory to purchase a service? ANyway, long story short, be very careful when you but your car from anywhere....and if possible avoid Jim M'Lady....they are not Lady like..if you know what i mean.

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
I got a great internet quote for a NISSAN VERSA SL _CVT with convenience package with destination charges, tax, title, licence, doc fees and when i went there, they were playing games and the manager told me that maybe there is some misunderstanding with the Internet sales team as when i got the itemized pricing it was $1000 more than quoted and he told me that the internet sales team forgot to add destination charges. When I showed him the email print out of the Out of the Door price quoted by them , he said he couldnt give it for that price as they are at a huge loss , I felt totally insulted and deceived as they dint tell me the truth upfront. I am wondering if they are all playing games as a team. Beware of the Nissan Mlady dealership at crystal lake, they are always playing games. This was my first car in the US and i wanted it to be a memorable moment in my life and it ended up being a nightmare. So please beware, first go to the dealership and ask them the pricing (even if you have their false quotes print out with you) before you even go for the test drive.

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
They took my deposit for a 350Z, I actually agreed to pay $1000 over sticker right when they came out in 2003. They said the wait would be about 3 months. No problem, when the 3 months were up, I called asking when it would be in. They said they forgot to place the order! It would be another 3 months to get the car! I said I want my deposit back. They refused, saying we will order you the car. I spoke to a lawyer, they said you would have a fight on your hands and it would cost you more in legal fees. He also said he gets tons of complaints from M'Lady. DON'T buy from these crooks!!!

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
Attracts you with options in the car which is not available when you purchase the car and signed everything. One salesman tells you something and another one tells you another. Assuming that you have the options that was agreed, you give in and sign the contract. Expect a long and tiring deal with this dealership. i ended up paying $6000 more compared to the first offer they gave me. And found out later on that some options mentioned that was included was not in my purchased vehicle

My Review of Jim M'Lady Oldsmobile-Isuzu-Nissan:
In haggling prices, I said 60months, here's what I want to pay monthly. Guy came back and after a while we got it close to that. I was satisfied. When I went in to sign papers, they had increased the finance rate and changed it to a 72 month loan. In addition, the monthly charge we agreed to was overshot by a few dollars. They tried to make up for it by giving me 3 free oil changes, lowereing the rate a little and changing me to a 60-month. Now I am paying 37 more dollars a month than I originally expected. I don't have time to schedule an oil change at the place (I do it myself). Really, a joke. I am bringing my car to Woodfield Nissan for service.
