My Review of Jim M'Lady:
I just wanted to let other car buyers know about my experience at M'lady nissan. I too checked all of the reviews before purchasing my Murano, and decided to go with M'Lady Nissan. I received a quote online within 5 minutes of hitting the send button on the request. I emailed my questions back about inventory available. I recieved a response back immeditly.



I went into the dealership that night. The price I quote was what I paid. I was in the dealership for one and a half hours. This was the quickest visit to any dealership that I have ever had.



I dealt with the finance manager, Brian Murphy, the General Manager, Mir Ali, Internet Manager Patty Scipione, and salesperson Geno Lefever and I have only good things to say about all four. No one lied, no one played "salesman" tricks. They were all up front and honest and respectable people.



I have since had a sunroof installed in my Murano. It took two days. I was given a free vehicle to drive and it come back looking even cleaner then I had left it. When I have picked up my previous vehicle from the Chevy service department it was always left dirty and with footprints. There was none of this there. Eric Esmits, Mark Feld and Sal were all excellent to deal with.

My Review of Jim M'Lady:
I just had an exceptional experience at Mlady Nissan. I have been looking to purchase a car for the past three months. I started by emailing the dealership. Patti was always attentive and answered all the questions that I had no moatter where in the purchase process I was.
When I did come in I met with Mir and Chad and they both treated me with respect. I am a single woman and have been told at other dealerships to go get my husband or the rearview mirror is great for putting on my makeup.
This dealership is the best that I have dealt with and the reason why I am writing this is because everyone should know that there is one dealer out there that treats people with respect, integrity and honesty.

My Review of Jim M'Lady:
I have recently purchased a Pathfinder through M'Lady Nissan. I made this purchase working with their internet department, and it was made very easy. I visited their website and Patty emailed me back. I spoke with Sandy on the phone. They gave me a price quote up front. I went to the store and all I had to do was pick the color. I spent two hours in the dealership for everything from the test drive to the paperwork. I worked with the general manager Mirre who helped me with all my paperwork.

I have written this because I too am in sales and know how important word of mouth is. When I am treated nicely I like for people to know. When I am treated poorly I too will let other people know.

My Review of Jim M'Lady:
This dealer is TERRIBLE, unprofessional and deceitful. I purchased a vehicle, and was laid off the next day. The bank no longer accepted the sales contract, which is fine, and the dealer continued to tell me to keep "my car" that they would "work something out." I reside in the city limits of Chicago, and was called by the finance manager on the 27th of January telling me they could work something out, to come on in on Saturday. I drove all the way up Sat. morning, and much to my surprise and dismay, they tricked me and took the car back. Their rider, which accompanies every sales contract, indicates that if " the dealer is unable to assign its right, title and interest in the contract to a sales finance agency and so notifies the customer, customer will, within two days, return the purchased motor vehicle to the dealers place of business and the dealer shall RETURN TO THE CUSTOMER ALL OF CUSTOMERS DEPOSITS, less dealers cost of repair damages occurring to the motor vehicle while in the customers possession. I was never given my two days AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! I have had a lawyer call and write them, and now filed a complaint with Nissan, BBB as well as the Dept. of Professional Regulations. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

My Review of Jim M'Lady:
Attracts you with options in the car which is not available when you purchase and signed everything. One salesman tells you something and another one tells you another. Assuming that you have the options that was agreed, you give in and sign the contract. Will find out later that something is missing. Expect a long and tiring deal.

My Review of Jim M'Lady:
Didn't know how to write up a lease. Said auto was a 2004, really a 2003. When I first arrived to look at a car, the dealer said he will meet with outside with a key. I find him 5 minutes later on the side of the building smoking with three other buddies.<br><br>Stay AWAY!!! Pricing, practices, and customer service are beyond junk.
