My Review of Jim Miller Nissan:
Their service dept is unsurpassed in honest customer service; they all seem like the ENJOY serving you as well as doing their jobs! Because of this, I decided to check out their sales dept and went in well informed (i.e., knew the dealer invoice cost minus holdbacks, rebates). I told them as much and let them know I just wanted their real, best deal - I knew what I wanted to pay. They were respectful, straightforward and with no games, came back within my price range and the deal was done in about under 20 min. That sale was years ago (2000) but they still have the best service dept and I really wish I could buy from them now that we are car shopping again...we even went in "to give the Path Finder a chance", but unfortunately the Honda Pilot is superior so I can't give Jim Miller Nissan my business! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Nissan or to service their vehicles.

My Review of Jim Miller Nissan:
7pm-cruising lots for used car-the attractive vehicle prominently displayed with low mileage was too expensive for me but wasnt outrageously priced. Asked me what my price range was after I stated my mileage limit was 50,000. Holding a stapled together list he said he had a Ford Taurus SE for $7600 with 54,000 miles. Vehicle barely accessible at back of lot up on a grassy hill. We were obviously a couple of "Lookey Lous" but took us for test drive. Price on windshield said $7200. When I said mileage too high for price he offered $7000. When my friend urged me to just throw out an offer I said $6500. He said he doubted they would accept but off to office we went. When I said yes I want to buy at $6500, he figured up what my tax etc would be and went to the money guy. The supervisor then poked his head in, showed us a flyer going out the next day where vehicle now priced at $5997 and good humouredly said they couldn't not give me the lower price! Also gave me the name of the previous owner and gave me list of repairs done. Never once did it feel sleezy slimy and trust me there are many sleezes out there. Will post again in a year about any major car flaws. I realize a Ford is worth less than I paid, but not that much less and the process was painless which is worth a lot to me. p.s. car in pristine condition no nicks bumps defects etc and it physically is perfect for me.
