My Review of Jim Rathmann Chevrolet Inc:
NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! I gave them a 5 in the friendliness category because they are GREAT at what they do!

Bought a truck for a decent price. 3 months later and 6 visits to service for a total time off road of 29 days for a noise in the A/C system, I FINALLY called the service manager at HOME at 12 am and went off.

What did I get? same BS problem they recognized, tried to fix over 29 days and a Cadillac loaner to drive around for a week.

Transmission went out at 34k miles. Gave me the run around telling me my odometer was tampered with and I rolled back the miles.

Took them a MONTH (28 days) to replace and reinstall a transmission.

STAY AWAY FROM RATHMANN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete and total thieves! I was taken advantage of and robbed of any kind of self respect. I would never deal with these people again. I would, literally, rather walk than to give them another penny of my money. I ended up paying thousands over sticker price by the time they were done with me. Managment was just as bad. They promised to make it right, they did nothing. A very humiliating lesson learned, I should have listened to everyone that told me to stay away from Rathman cheverolet. Palm Bay chevy is also Rathman!!!!!

First of all, the salesman was slow in approaching to assist us. Salesman on the day of my visit exhibited very poor customer service skills. His negative attitude about dealing with female customer came across loud and clear. Certainly showed that the dealership is not about having satisfied custormer. I will not buy, nor recommend anyone to buy from this dealership.

Upon arriving at the car dealership we were greeted by the mgr of used cars ,he was a very pleasent and listened to what we were interested in.He turned us over to another salesman . We found this salesman to be rude and very short , with the attitude that he wsa doing us a favor .At that point we should have left but it just so happened we found 1 of 2 vechicles we were looking for. then we looked for another vechicle to try and stay within our price range.<br>Finding what we thought was a good deal we went to write it up.There was certain things that we wanted to have , and have done .He did get them ok'd but told me .... not to ask for anything else that they had basically given me the car and wouldnt do anything else and they hadnt made any money on that car.Knowing better I was in the car business for 6 yrs. He was pushy and the next day when we went to get the vechicles he wouldnt even hardly acknowledge us <br> We will never reccomend this dealership to anyone actually we were told not to go there but we did anyway..The truck has been in service for 2 days and service manger was nice as well but someof his employees are not very nice and are short as well I sat half the day waiting and not once did anyone come and tell me the status of the truck I had to ask were my service guy was they said they would be back to me but never did.waiting 6 hrs I finally went to mgr and he did find outwhat was going on and told me it would still be a couple of hours and I got a ride home. Bad Bad expierience. Still at this writing havnt heard from service<br>...............
