My Review of Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
They tried to cram another $1300 into the bottom line without telling me. They said it is their certification program that gives the customer added insurance on paint protection and theft protection and wheel protection. I said no and they said the products are already added to the car and if I want the car then I have to buy the products. So I said no deal and walked. Next day I get a call saying that I don't have to pay for it if I don't want it and I told them not interested in doing business there ever again.
